🌙 Late Night Reflections | From High-Energy to Peaceful Presence 🌙
Welcome to this unscripted, cozy late-night episode, where I’m settling in to share some updates, musings, and peaceful vibes with you.
.
Tonight, I’m diving into my own personal journey through meditation—describing the spaces I create, the intentions I set, and the devotional practices I’ve been exploring lately. Meditation has been a grounding force for me, bringing awareness, and I’m excited to share what it’s been like to deepen this practice.
.
I also talk through a big transition I’ve been feeling: shifting from a high-energy, adrenaline-driven state to one that’s softer and more peaceful. It’s been a profound awareness and through this episode, I ponder out loud what this all means to me in this exact moment—how these life changes are shaping my perspective and slowing me down in the best ways. Reflecting on this transformation is something I feel grateful to share, and even more grateful to have you here, listening.
Thank you!
✨ Plus, an Invitation! ✨ I’m thrilled to invite you to join me for an in-person meditation event on December 15th, from 11 am to noon. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this gathering is a welcoming space to find calm and connection. So mark your calendar and come as you are—I can’t wait to share this peaceful hour with you.
Welcome to an adventurous episode recorded right from the heart of La Fortuna, Costa Rica! Part of The Vibrant Unknown Series, this episode is packed with tips, stories, and a few moments that are all too real regarding solo travel.

Join me as I dive into trust and safety while traveling alone—lessons learned, experiences shared, and insights from my new friends while traveling in Costa Rica, Jackie from Holland, and Bruno from Brazil. Shout out to both for sharing their travel tips, which were crafted for this episode!
.
And one crucial thing I nearly forgot to mention throughout this eposide if the power of ASKING QUESTIONS! Asking questions goes hand and hand with building trust and safety while traveling solo.
We all agreed that asking questions along the way is the secret to navigating solo travel, meeting new people, and staying safe.
.
With nearly five years of solo travel under my belt, I’ve noticed that the way I approach new places has shifted—I’m more mindful, check in with myself, and sometimes “energetically scan” the people I meet.
.
In this episode, I share some of my tried-and-true travel habits, moments of anxiety, and the tools I use to keep grounded even when things get intense. Plus, I explore the thrill of those unscripted moments when you meet people like Jackie and Bruno, and we all agree that the risks of solo travel are worth it—kind of like love, right?
.
But it’s not all easy: solo travel isn’t just rainbows and butterflies. From an unexpected anxious moment to finding calm in the anxiety. I talk about the beauty, the fear, and everything in between. By the end of the trip, Jackie and I agreed with a local musician who said, "Sometimes, you have to be a little crazy to travel alone."
Curious to hear more?
Tune in and travel alongside us as we break down the joys and challenges of solo adventures.
.
Much love, and huge thanks to Jackie and Bruno for making this trip unforgettable!

Spotify - Ep27: PT1 Lack of saying "NO" can lead to Depression & Dark Seasons
YouTube - EP27: PT1 Lack of saying "NO" can lead to Depression & Dark Seasons
In this episode, EP28, I share two other critical concepts that often pull us into depression and dark seasons that I did not share in my previous episode:
1) The internal struggle between right and wrong
2) The disconnect from our own intuition
Together, these elements can cloud our judgment and lead us away from living authentically.
But this episode isn’t just about the challenges; it’s also about the transformative tools that helped me find my way through those tough times. I’m deeply passionate about these practices—meditation, journaling, and mindfulness—and I’m committed to sharing them with you because I truly believe they can foster healing and self-discovery.
Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of our emotions and uncover the strength of honesty and intuition..
After this eposide, DO NOT FORGET to check out PART 2.
One of the things I did not mention in this epsoide is how meditation and prayer were my saviors during this time of my life. I honestly believe that having these practices created openness to hear my intuition finally and to walk away. Stay tuned for that being the next episode, EP28.
.
Welcome to EP27!
In this eye-opening episode, I delve into the profound impact that our inability to say “NO” can have on our mental health and how it can lead us into dark seasons.
Join me as I share my personal journey through a dark season in my life/depression, including the moments when the desire to die felt more peaceful than living.
We often underestimate the power of “NO.”
It’s not just a word; it’s a boundary that protects our well-being. In this episode, I explore why we tend to say “YES” even when it doesn’t serve us. From societal pressures to our own fears of disappointing others, I unravel why we struggle to listen to ourselves and the discomfort that arises from not honoring our true feelings.
Drawing inspiration from a heartfelt conversation with fellow synergists during the recent Rubenfeld Synergy Conference in Pickering, Canada, I reflect on how these experiences shaped my understanding of trust and intuition. You’ll hear about the lessons I learned in that challenging season of life, and how everything pointed back to the importance of trusting my gut and asserting my boundaries.
If you're ready to explore the liberating yet challenging journey of reclaiming your power to say "NO" tune in and discover insights that could transform your relationship with yourself.

This Sunday morning, I got a FB memory of a hike I went to 7 years ago with the caption, "I'm homesick for a place that I've never been to, but that I know exists."
.
I had this STRONG as confident feeling that I had found it, that place is that of home, within me.
.
I share my journey through finding this feeling from inside me in this episode, no show notes - just seriously speaking out loud as I kept looking at this memory.
.
I share those spaces of desperately needing something outside of myself to feel fulling, to feel wanted, to feel loved and how I found it within me. I thought I had to keep looking outside of myself, but boy was I was wrong!
