We all like a ranking, from the tennis and rugby to the
economy. The World Bank's annual "Doing Business" report was one of those that analysts and policy makers kept an eye on. It was so important that there was pressure to cook the data and the ranking was stopped in 2021. In its place the World Bank has now published a new "Business Ready" report.
