The separate country of Seattle is where they test all of their evil schemes. Pierce County (Tacoma) now has what King County (Seattle) did with housing. The law states that you cannot conduct background checks on proposed renters, and you cannot discriminate against pedophiles. And, by the way, you have to accept applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. Zach explains why this is great for Blackrock, which wants to own all the housing.
