Episode 7 is a walk through of the day of our 7th anniversary (or what would have been our 7th anniversary) as well as reflecting on how I handled it over the past couple years. I also briefly walk through the 5 questions at Andys Man Club and talk about how it helped me tonight. Not to mention a couple hilarious quotes from the kids! 

Much more positive than Episode 6 which admittedly felt deflated and flat, which I also discuss in the episode.

S02E06 - Anniversary Anticipation

This episode focuses on the anticipation of what should be our 7th Wedding Anniversary whilst also reflecting on how this year is different to previous years.. It still hits hard that we were only able to celebrate one together! My head was a little all over the place recording this one but I wanted to get this one done before our anniversary.

S02E05 - A Childs Grief

This episode is very raw and was recorded an hour after a very heavy and emotional moment with Elijah. It was the first time he has lay there in my arms and just sobbed uncontrollably because he misses his mum. It's raw, it's heavy and it's emotional - BUT it was very much needed. 

This episode is an insight into how the children have grieve and how it's been different for each of them.

In this episode I open up about something that I have struggled with, for a couple years now - an addiction to being wanted through the use of dating apps. Dating apps were what I would consider a negative coping mechanism, it served a purpose but it wasn't actually helping me.

S02E02 - Guilt, Time and the Summer of 25

In this episode I discuss my constant battle with guilt, what it's been like working form home this summer with the kids running around, our week of adventures and having a very difficult conversation with Koa. A heavy couple of conversations around him wanting to die so he could go see his mum. 

A very mixed summer but overall some core memories made!
