Here’s the short version: we all have a vice. Stress eating, procrastination, smoking, gambling, drinking, drugs, or maybe even worse.
Be real with yourself for a moment and admit that you have a problem in one of these areas…or maybe it’s another one not listed above.
While some would argue that addiction of any kind is a personality trait—something that cannot be “corrected”—I’m going to have you consider that when we look deep into the actions of the brain and how it is connected to the spinal cord, the cause is actually the cure.
