Is Your Inbox Sane?

• The problem with email was the signal to noise ratio in email inboxes
• The average person gets 140-150 legit emails daily
• When you BCC someone on a thread, it’s kinda shitty. So don’t do that.
• Email has become our default priority
• Most people don’t want to delete or archive the emails in your inbox with the fear of losing them, but it just moves to another folder
• IM, like Slack, is horrible for productivity because it requires an immediate answer
