Sitting in the sun today, listentening to a Horace Andy gig Manchester's Band on the Wall were streaming, we got to thinking about his relationship with Massive Attack. A quick look online and we saw that Blue Lines was released 19 years ago today!
Many moons ago, we made a tribute show that we thought was pretty good. Turns out, if you take away our chat, it was one of our best.
So today we're uploading it for your listening pleasure. It's a good 'un, even if we do say so ourselves.
We're doing it in two parts as it's in glorious 320kbps so will sound good in headphones and speakers.

Those who saw our tweet yesterday will have seen that we're not able to do the show for the time being. Public safetly comes before broadcasting to the universe!

Welll, kicking things off is an old Peace In The Park show from 2015. The PITP Show was where we cut our teeth and a foot in the door at Sheffield Live.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we weren't able to do a show last night.
As luck would have it, we still managed to get on the airwaves via Powlo taking part on a new feature in "Sounds Like This".
If you don't know, "Sounds Like This" has been on Sheffield Live since the station began. If you tune in, Sunday nights 5pm-7pm, you'll tell as it's a very slick operation. Not at all like our shambles of a show!

These kind of shows are the hardest to make. After the news broke last week of Andrew Weatherall's passing, we knew we'd have to try and get 30 years in music condensed into 120 minutes. It's a hard task for most people but especially Audrey Witherspoon. Hopefully we've done a decent job.
Tried to get things like remixes, original work, stuff he played, stuff he championed etc.
