While it may be hard to admit, we often get envious of other people's successes or achievements, forgetting that we have more than enough to be grateful for.

Kindness is a type of behaviour marked by acts of generosity, consideration, or concern for others, without having an expectation of praise or reward.

We all live in Goodwill, everyone wants to be loved and appreciated.

There are several ways by which you can express Kindness. I highlighted 5.

We all believe we can be in control of every situation life brings our way. We ignore the situations that are controllable and chase after the ones we have no control over instead of trusting God to help us.

We have to come to terms with the fact that we can't control the situations or circumstances life brings our way, we can only control how we respond to them - and that will make all the difference.

The question; how are you? It's a popular or common question that comes after salutations. And then we've been wired to the auto pilot response of I'm fine or I'm good, ignoring the fact that it's okay to express how you feel when you're being asked this question.
