so what is the nøbodies project?
this is phil. phil was someone we basically cold-called to be on the podcast because we were such big fans of his music. to our delight he came on the show and was so enjoyable to talk to.
check out phil on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/philgoodsmusic/
and stream his new song "unalive" https://tr.ee/cBJ3Ruf5AE

we have an incredibly talented comic book artist this week - liz yerby who is an Ignatz-nominated cartoonist. we know you’re going to love them, it was an honor having them on, and a blast talking about all things creative.
you’re in for a treat, we’re delighted to introduce the wonderfully talented painter, natalia eve
follow her on ig (@natalia.eve) and on her website nataliaeveart.com
maybe buy some of her art? it’s remarkable. if you won’t then i will. and if you ever show up to my place for a little dinner party you’ll be like “wow, where’d you get all these incredible paintings?”
and i’ll be like “who invited you? no offense, i don’t even know who you are. how’d you find my apartment?” but then i’ll slip you a little card that only says nataliaeveart.com. then the next time you host a dinner party, a random stranger will show up to your place enamored with the paintings occupying your walls.
i don’t think her art intended to attract randos showing up at your place, but that’s how good it is. it forces you to interact with a complete stranger while politely kicking them out of your house.
so what is the nøbodies project?
sup nerds. this episode is special, can’t wait for you to listen to our guest, chris. he did all the nobodies doodles of previous guests and is an amazing comic book artist and writer. seriously, like stupid good.

this week we got to sit down with zane thomas. a comedian here in portland but also does some rapping and has his own podcast called the smoke break. it was great getting to hear how zane started out... including how long his first set was...woof. anyways we hope you enjoy this episode.

this week we have a unique guest. our first-ever chef, carlo lamanga. he has won lots of awards, been on chopped, given ted talks, and has one of the best restaurants in portland but my biggest takeaway is how humble, goofy, and warm he is as a human. i loved getting to know him and i hope you enjoy this episode.
go check out his restaurant if you're local to pdx "magna kusina"

episode 8 features one of the most laid back, chill, and funny comedians in portland, lee h. tillman. we had a blast filming this episode, we hope you have as much fun watching it (but i doubt it).
jaren joins the podcast. he's a fabulously funny comedian who was suppose to be on season one but was a victim of the #greatharddrivetragedyof2022. named top 5 portland funniest 2022, jaren is delightful, hilarious and so positive.

the maker of monsters and the bringer of blood - portland’s own greyson murray. they’re an incredibly talented multimedia makeup artist with a focus on custom made prosthetics. we couldn’t be happier to have them on here for episode 6 of the nobodies project.
follow greyson on ig @grey_makes_monsters or email them at [email protected] for bookings.
