What is an “Inspirationista”? Well, for Sherrie Dunlevy, it’s a way of life. A calling. A symbol for stepping into greatness and helping others to be their best selves. Sherrie, author of, “How Can I Help? Your Go-to Guide for Helping Loved Ones Through Life’s Difficulties” has leaped headlong into greatness after a career as a news personality and event host. Sherrie reflected on her life and discovered she was miserable in her job and her circumstances – her life didn’t “sit right with her soul.” So, she made a change.
Listen in as Sherrie helps us discover how to break through fear, excuses, and the lies that keep us from our dreams. Sherrie now spends her time putting good into the universe and bringing positivity to people, as well as helping people have the difficult conversations in their lives. Remember: no matter who you are, you have a message, and it will reach the people it needs to reach. Let Sherrie inspire you to speak it.

Do you want change, but then resist the signs? The tools for the change you’re seeking are right in the life you’re living. That is where the path to change lies, and mindfulness and gratitude can help you. There’s no better holiday than Thanksgiving to reflect on the life we have and how seemingly difficult events can signal and bring the change we want in our lives. Self-control and mindfulness in the moment, paired with gratitude and the lessons of the now, can lead you where you want to go. We know that pain in life does disappear based on a wish. Obstacles don’t crumble before a simple mindfulness technique. But difficulties may eventually yield to a life lived in mindful awareness and a dedication to accept change.
This Thanksgiving, try pairing gratitude with mindfulness. In this episode, learn a simple technique you can use to manifest a life you want simply by accepting the moment as it is. Whether you celebrate Thanksgiving or not, remember the best way to heal the world is to start right here, right with ourselves. And the only place to do that is mindfully, in the moment – and it begins with appreciation and gratitude for what we have right now.

If we’re searching for authenticity, maybe we want a therapist who is also on that search. For therapist Brooke Sprowl, that’s where the best therapist-client relationships start. Forget what you think you know about the therapist sitting in “silent judgment” scribbling in a notebook, and learn to embrace what can be a more genuine journey of relationship and healing in an atmosphere of non-judgment.
Brooke Sprowl of My LA Therapy discusses her personal spirituality, surrender, and authenticity, and her forthcoming book, “Why You Should Date Emotionally Unavailable Men: Use Your "Unhealthy" Relationship to Transform Yourself and Your Love Life.” When we need help, there are lots of opinions available. But maybe it’s the authentic relationships that help us to help ourselves that matter more.
“People are in therapy because they’re in a state where they’ve been humbled enough to say, ‘What I am doing is not working. I need another way.'”
“Become an astute observer of your own anxiety.”
"One of the signs that we're anxious is when we feel a sense of urgency and speed around something.”
“The impulse of anxiety is to speed up, but the invitation of anxiety is to slow down.”

“Glorious” death? What happens when we die? What is the dying process? What is the role of angels and our deceased loved ones in the dying process? Who’s really in charge when we pass? How does our spirit leave the body? Can we decide when we go? Why are we on earth in the first place? What if you could watch the death process?
In part two of our two-part interview, psychic, medium, and medical intuitive Julie Ryan will describe what she sees when someone is in the 12-stage process of dying. You may believe death works this way: one moment you’re here, and the next you’re not. But that might not be the case. Julie Ryan discusses the 12 stages of the dying process, as well as who…and what…is attendance. Angels. Family members. Pets. They’re present and ready to assist with a transition process that can take moments or years to complete. Find out more about past lives, karma, and our purpose here on earth lifetime after lifetime.
If you’re curious about one of the biggest question of the ages – what it sounds like, looks like, feels like – take some time to listen to Julie’s account of the dying process and see what you think.

The practices we do on this road of spiritual and personal growth, such as meditation and mindfulness, can peel away our masks and expose our face to a waiting world. And that can be difficult! But it can also be so, so valuable, powerful, and rewarding. As Halloween approaches and we spend a night celebrating masks and shadows, it’s a perfect time to think about who we really are behind our mask. Why? Because dressing up in costume and putting on the mask isn’t just for this time of year.
Every morning, we get out of bed, have breakfast, and don a face for the world before we face the day. But is that who we really are? Do you light up your shadow areas? Do you take off your mask once in a while? Do you realize that traits you may find distasteful in others may just be telling you where you need to do work? This journey of personal and spiritual growth isn’t about creating elaborate masks, but tearing them off and shining light in the shadows to see who we really are. No matter how hard we try to hide, we’re still ourselves. Listen in and learn a powerful exercise to help you deal with your mask and the traits you see in others that you want to push away.
