Introducing Being Luminary, the new podcast from Angie Browne.
In this podcast, you are going to get to hear a combination of my thoughts on how we can be luminary. I'm going to be talking across this vast topic area of diversity, equity and inclusion. I'm going to be shining a light on the complexities of holding some of these marginalized and intersectional identities. I'm going to be talking through the lens of sex, sexual orientation, religion and belief, through the lens of age, through the lens of trans inclusion, through the lens of gender, through the lens of disability, of pregnancy and maternity. I'm going to be looking through the lens of all of those protected marginalized identities and sharing luminary practice, sharing luminary stories. I'm going to be offering provocation, and I'm going to be offering support. Because my intention is that the Being Luminary podcast becomes a safe harbour.
And you won't just be hearing from me. Over the coming months, I've got some really beautiful interviews lined up for you. The people I'm speaking to are every day, you will definitely have heard of some of them, and they would describe themselves as everyday people. But they are by no means ordinary, they are everyday, but by no means ordinary luminaries, and I hope that you're going to learn from them, I hope you're going to be inspired by them. I hope that our conversations will encourage you to decide that maybe the time has come for you to shine some light too and I want you to learn from this podcast, I want you to have some things that you can take away.

Hello friends,
The eagle eyed among you will have noticed that we haven't been uploading new episodes of the Nourish Collective Podcast recently.
That's because we've had a hiatus while we prepare to launch our brand new podcast - Being Luminary. It is all about everything diversity, equity, inclusion, leadership, ethics, and humanity.
I'd love it if you joined me there.
Angie

So, did you know that Nourished Collective Community Projects started with a coaching conversation about hair?
Well, in this episode I give you the low down on how they started, what they are and where they are going.
We are now reaching the end of our third community project and with the fourth and fifth in the pipeline, I am confident that these projects are an essential pillar of the work of Nourished Collective.
I am always looking for new voices and am now extending this offer to all and anyone who identifies as a woman and who would like to explore finding their voice in this safe and supportive way.
In this episode, I talk about being seen.
Lots of the women I coach describe not wanting to be seen, not wanting to do public speaking, not wanting to lead in meetings and in conferences because they say they feel uncomfortable.
Sometimes this discomfort is about not wanting to be seen - physically - rather than being about feeling inadequate. But not wanting to be seen is based on ideas we have about the way we look.
Let's thrash it out.
If you want to join a community of women where we talk about all these things and more we'd love to see you in Nourished Collective: https://nourished-collective.mn.co/
I am back with a new season of the Nourished Collective Podcast and it feels so good!
What happens when we don't speak up? Why do we sometimes fail to speak up? How can we change the ideas we have about ourselves as people who 'speak up'?
In this episode, I share a story about speaking up by way of sharing my narrative coaching framework with you.
If you want to find your voice and amplify your message I invite you to join my fabulous community Nourished Collective. You can join here: https://nourished-collective.mn.co/plans/52171?bundle_token=e78488461d6a7cc5ff353f28f26f571e&utm_source=manual
Today it's a bit of an announcement podcast. A couple of important updates for those interested in joining our Community Project running through April and those wanting to take part in our free courses.
In this episode, I talk about the trick I have been learning. It's a trick that allows me to bring deep reverence and seriousness to life - to its challenges and opportunities and at the same time to hold these things as lightly as I can. It's making the world of difference to my mind management!
As it's my son's birthday I'm thinking and musing on the relationship between Hygge and celebration. Marking the moments of our life with festival and ritual adds to creating a spirit of Hygge. We can do this even if we are socially isolating!
In this episode, I talk about the importance of bringing ritual to the every day in order to create hygge but also as a means of bringing presence and meaning to many more of the moments of your day.
In this episode, I share a couple of stories of ephemera. Of how are objects, our bits and pieces, our collections and treasured items can bring a quality of Hygge.
