Everyone says you are what you eat, but what if you think what you eat? Can processed food and refined sugar make you a Debbie downer and fresh fruits and vegetables make you a happy holly (just made up that last part)?

Most of you don't know that my undergrad is in international relations and economics and because of my passion for all things in the international community I break down how what we eat is directly affecting climate change.
