Update Episode #16. Another update episode. I am taking part in my first charity row. I lost my desire to row, but finally gained it back by rowing with others and I have regained that momentum to keep going towards my million meters in 2020 goal!

Rachel Smith is a dragon boat racer champion turned ocean rowing! Rachel rowed in a pair with Lin Diably in the 2007 TWAC. Rachel shared so much in regards to planning and coping with fear. She also shares her experience with capsizing 300 miles off the coast of Antigua. She also shares some stories that are hysterical! She's a great story teller! Plus they have two Guinness Records: Fastest British Women and Oldest Women's Pair!
