The action starts on Friday in Valencia, as Levante host Athletic Bilbao. This should be a tight game. Four of Athletic Club’s last five games have finished 1-1, whilst Levante beat leaders Atletico last week. A good Friday night watch. Saturday’s action kicks off in the Basque Country with Eibar taking on Huesca. Huesca, bottom of the table, have given themselves real hope for survival with two wins from their last four. Eibar have the worst home record in the division.
From the bottom to the top now, as Sevilla welcome Barcelona. The Andalusian side have 6 wins in a row in La Liga, five without conceding. Barca are also in electric form with 8 wins from 10, they’re 14 unbeaten league games. Alaves and Osasuna meet in a region derby in the north. The hosts have 6 defeats from their last 10 games, and the visitors Osasuna have just 1 away win in their last 11 games. Cards could be an option in this game?
Getafe are on a horrible run of from – they’ve lost four games in a row and haven’t scored in five games! They’re now 10th and could be dragged into the relegation scrap. Valencia moved away from trouble with a 2-0 win last weekend. Sunday starts with Celta Vigo hosting Real Valladolid. The Galician side were unlucky to concede two stoppage-time goals in a 2-0 defeat last weekend, whilst Valladolid are totally out of form, and losing to the sides around them; a bad mix.
Real Betis look favourites to pour further misery onto Cadiz’s campaign when they make the short trip west on Sunday afternoon. Betis have 3 wins from 4 and have scored at least once in all their last 9 games in the league. Granada somehow sneaked through to the next stage of the Europa League in mid-week but their league form is a cause for concern. They take on 19th placed Elche, and this could be the perfect time to earn some vital points.
The penultimate game of the weekend should be a classic, as Atletico Madrid, the league leaders, travel to Villarreal. The Yellow Submarine have drawn 10 of their last 15 games, whilst Diego Simeone’s men have found it hard going in recent weeks with just 1 win in their last five games in all competitions. Real Madrid return to action on Monday – which could prove important for some of their players side lined due to injury. They’ve secured five wins in a row in all competitions and are once again the favourites as they welcome Real Sociedad to the Spanish capital.
Tom Beck is once again (but not for much longer) in the hot seat presenting Odds On. He’s joined by the fantastic Alvaro Romeo, a diligent and brilliant Spanish football expert. They’re here to discuss all things Spanish football.

We start on Friday, as Werder Bremen take on Eintracht Frankfurt. The visitors are in blistering form with 5 wins in a row, and 9 wins in their last 10 games. They’ve scored at least 2 goals in all of these games. Should be a great one to kick off the weekend.
Saturday’s action begins with the defending champions Bayern at home to Cologne. The Bavarians’ lead at the top has been reduced to just 2 points following their mini drop in form against Arminia Bielefeld and Frankfurt. They haven’t failed to win 3 successive league games since 2018.
Dortmund’s form has been a little iffy in recent weeks, but they looked back to their best with convincing performances over rivals Schalke and the much-fancied Sevilla in the Champions League in mid-week. They take on Bielefeld, currently sitting 16th in the relegation play-off position. Schalke have run out of time in their battle to avoid the drop. They play Stuttgart away from home on Saturday, a side that have taken 7 points from their last 4 games, steadying the ship.
Hertha’s form is a huge concern, with just 1 win in 12 and 5 points from a possible 36. That’s definitely relegation form. This weekend they take on 3rd place Wolfsburg, who have earned 5 wins in their last 6 games. RB Leipzig know they must keep picking up maximum points if their title challenge is going to stand the test of time. They host out-of-shape Gladbach this week at the RB Arena.
Into Sunday, and it’s Union Berlin against Hoffenheim. The capital side returned to winning ways last week after 5 games without a win, meanwhile, Hoffenheim were beating Bremen 4-0. It should be a good game in Berlin!
Mainz are giving their survival bid a proper good go, with 3 wins and a draw from their last 5 games they’re now just 1 point from escaping the danger zone. Augsburg are the visitors for them this weekend, a side with no wins in 4 games.
In the final game of Matchday 23, Bayer Leverkusen host Freiburg. The hosts are in Europa League action on Thursday night as they look to overcome a 4-3 deficit against Young Boys. Freiburg, on the other hand, look stuck in no-man’s-land in 9th place in the standings.
Tom Beck is in charge of proceedings again this week. He is once again joined by German football and betting expert Radek Vegas to work their way through every game in the Bundesliga. This is an audio version of our YouTube show. Friday’s game between Torino and Sassuolo is expected to be called-off due to a Covid-19 outbreak in the Il Toro squad. Let’s not dawdle on that game for too long. The second game is between Spezia and Parma, this could be another tough game for the away side. Spezia have been anything-but a push over in the league this season, whilst Parma are 6 points from safety with just 2 points from their last 11 games. Lazio will be looking to bounce back from their awful performance in midweek in Europe again Bayern. They take on a Bologna side with just 1 home win in their last 6. The Romans have won 7 of their last 8 and need a win to fight for a place in the top-four. Juve can’t allow themselves to drop points when they go to the Bentegodi to play Verona. Hellas have won their last 3 at home, with 6 wins from last 11 home games. A Juve win would close the gap to their Milan rivals at the top. Sampdoria look stuck in no-man’s-land in 10th place for the remainder of the season. They take on Atalanta, a side who always excite, always excel and usually always score. Interesting to note they take on Real Madrid on Wednesday night in the UCL. The next game is between two sides who could be on their way down to the B next season, Crotone and Cagliari. They’re both hugely out of form, can they somehow both lose this game? Leaders Inter took a huge step towards the Scudetto last week against Milan with their 3-0 win. They take on Genoa, who have enormous odds of 19.0 to win at the San Siro. Udinese and Fiorentina are two sides with almost identical records in Serie A this season. Goals will be at a premium in Udine, with the hosts terrible at home and La Viola awful away. Check the goals market for this one. The penultimate game on this Matchday is Napoli vs Benevento. How much longer can Gattuso last following four defeats in their last 5? We end the game week with a classic encounter between Roma and Milan. The Romans have the best home record in the division, with 9 wins from 12 (no defeats). Milan, meanwhile, have lost 3 of their last 5, and a defeat here could leave them looking over their shoulder in the battle for the Champions League spots. Tom Beck is on presenting duties this week with Edu off for the week. He’s joined by Daniele Fisichella, the guy that brought you that 40.0 ACCA winner not long ago. This is an audio version of our YouTube show. We start on Saturday in the early kick-off, West Ham go to the Etihad to play league leaders Manchester City. Pep Guardiola’s side are 10 points clear at the top of the table. That’s a massive gap to the team in second. But David Moyes’ Hammers are 4th in the table and they’ll arrive full of confidence. The next game is not one for the neutrals; West Brom against Brighton. Graham Potter’s side have tightened up their leaky defence, they’ve conceded just 2 goals in their last 7 games. The Baggies look very likely to go down this season, sorry Sam. Game three is between two inconsistent sides, Leeds and Aston Villa. Both have performed pretty well this season and deserve to be around the mid-table area and both safe for another campaign in the English top-flight. Goals will be at a premium at St. James’ Park when Newcastle host Wolves in the north east of England. Should results go against them this season, the Magpies could find themselves in serious trouble. Without star players Callum Wilson and Raul Jimenez, both these sides lack a genuine threat in attack. Moving into Sunday’s action, Scott Parker’s Fulham have evolved throughout the season and now look ready to fight for survival. They’re favourites against their London opponents Crystal Palace having won 2 of their last 3 games. This game could prove pivotal in the Cottagers’ survival bid. In one of the games of the weekend, Arsenal head to the King Power to take on high-flying Leicester City. The Foxes know the league title has gone for another season, but they’d love to finish above Man Utd and earn that 2nd spot. Arsenal, 10th with 1 win in 4, are set to miss out on the Europa. Jose Mourinho is now favourite to be the next manager to be sacked. His Spurs side have lost 5 of their last 6 league games, which just isn’t good enough for the 2019/20 Champions League runners-up. A loss to Burnley at home this weekend could seal the Portuguese manager’s fate. In the final two games on Sunday night, Chelsea host Manchester United at Stamford Bridge. Ole Solskjaer’s side arrive into this game as outsiders, despite scoring 21 goals in their previous 6 games, and being the only team not to lose away from home in the Premier League this season. Liverpool’s horrid form continued the weekend with their 2-0 Merseyside Derby defeat to fierce rivals Everton. This time they go to Brammall Lane to play the league’s bottom side Sheffield United. There’s no way Jurgen Klopp’s side don’t win that game. In the final game on Matchday 26, the Toffees are at home to the Saints, as Everton host Southampton. The south-coast club are 20th in the form standings having taken just one point from their previous 6 league games. Tom Beck is on presenting duty this week in Eduardo’s absence. He’s joined by a new guest this week to preview each and every Premier League clash on Matchday 25. Tom Rennie is a radio presenter for SiriusXM FC and also a lead commentator for TalkSport. They’re here to preview, discuss, analyse and dissect every fixture of this season’s Premier League. No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf We start on Tuesday in Bucharest as Atletico Madrid host Chelsea. This is a repeat of the 2014 UCL semi-final. Atletico have hit a properly dodgy run of form, with just 1 win in their last 4 games, highlighted by their 2-0 defeat to Levante at the weekend. They scraped through the group stage, winning just two games in Group A. Their opponents Chelsea have won 5 of 7 since Thomas Tuchel arrived at the Bridge but he’s yet to settle on a favoured first XI. This is demonstrated by Chelsea’s last 9 goals being scored by 7 different players. The Blues breezed past the Group Stage, untested by the likes of Krasnodar and underperforming Rennes. They could be facing Atleti at just the right time. The second game on Tuesday is between Lazio and Bayern in Rome. The Italians are in form, winning 4 of 5 in the league. They’re unbeaten in Europe this season, with 4 draws in a tough group that included following Last-16 side Borussia Dortmund. Their opponents, Bayern – the cup holders – enter the game on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt and a 3-3 draw with Arminia Bielefeld. They rarely fail to win successive game and typically bounce back from these mini-spells with a huge win. Both our tipsters fancy the Bavarians in this first-leg clash. Into Wednesday, and injury-hit Real Madrid head to Bergamo to play Atalanta. The Italians are favourites for this game due to the significant list of players Real will be without in midweek. The hosts have suffered defeat in just 1 of their last 20 games in all comps but aren’t particularly strong at home in the UCL with 2 wins from 8. Real have won their last 3 without conceding but this could be a tough one for Los Blancos. The final game this week sees Manchester City head to Germany to take on the 8th best team in the Bundesliga, Borussia Monchengladbach. Pep Guardiola’s side look imperious right now, winning 18 games in a row, and no losses since September (that was ages ago). Gladbach did brilliantly to make it out of the Group of Death in one piece, but they certainly haven’t been rewarded for their efforts with this draw against the soon-to-be Premier League champions. Our resident host Eduardo Siles is on holiday for the next week. He’s replaced by Tom Beck to preview all the best action across Europe. We start on Friday night in the Black Country, as Wolves take on Leeds United, with neither side worrying Europe nor relegation. Nuno’s Portuguese side are 12th, with Bielsa’s boys one place further up the table in 11th. Wolves have found some okay form recently with just one defeat in their last five, Leeds meanwhile have three wins in five. Even one, this.
Saturday starts with the early kick-off at St. Mary’s as Southampton take on Chelsea. The Saints are in awful form – one win, four defeats from their previous five – whilst the Blues have been relentlessly picking up wins since Thomas Tuchel turned up at the Bridge.
Burnley are expected to breeze past West Brom when these two sides meet at Turf Moor. The Clarets were on a run three winless league games but turned that around by battering Palace. Big Sam’s Baggies are 19th but earned a point against Man Utd last week.
The big game of the weekend is the Merseyside Derby. Easily. There’s a Champions League spot on the line here, with Liverpool’s league form taking a serious nose-dive. They won comfortably in Europe in mid-week but Everton could pour further misery on their disappointing league campaign.
Fulham’s miracle survival bid has to start somewhere, so where better than at home to the bottom side? The Cottagers have won 1, drawn 3 and lost 1 of their last 5. Picking up points is the name of the game when you’re battling for your life at the foot of the standings.
We’ve also got a London derby to look forward to, this time between West Ham and Spurs. The Hammers are favourites for this one! David Moyes’ Irons are up in 6th, winning 5 of their last 7 league game. Jose’s Spurs are NINTH, having lost 5 of their last 6 PL matches.
There’s great odds for Leicester against Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon. The Foxes are 2.46 to win at Villa Park, despite them being 3rd in the table and arriving on the back of beating defending champions Liverpool 3-1. Villa, meanwhile, have 3 clean sheets in their last 4.
No-one seems capable of stopping Man City when they’re in this form, but this weekend’s it’s the turn of Arsenal to try and stop them at the Emirates. Pep’s side have recorded an astonishing 16 wins in a row in all competitions. It could be 17 by the end of this one.
The penultimate game of the weekend sees Man Utd host Steve Bruce’s Newcastle at Old Trafford. The title dream is almost over now for the Red Devils, with too many draws (3) from their recent five games. The Magpies are one place above the dropzone.
We round off proceedings with the A23 derby. The worst derby in English football? It’s Brighton against Crystal Palace. Both sides need wins to firmly keep them away from trouble. They’ve got one on Fulham mounting a charge but they need to focus on this game!
Our resident host Eduardo Siles is joined by a new guest this week to preview each and every Premier League clash on Matchday 25. We start on Tuesday in Budapest, of all places, with RB Leipzig and Liverpool’s tie being rearranged to be played in Hungary. This is the first time these two sides have ever met and it’s come at a very interesting time in their respective seasons. For Bundesliga outfit Leipzig, they’ve won four games in a row, conceding just a solitary goal in these games.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, on the other hand, are having a truly horrible time at the moment. Three matches, three defeats. They’ve lost to Brighton, Man City and Leicester and their season is in turmoil. Europe may be their only chance for silverware this season, with their German boss all-but conceding their title defence isn’t going to happen.
The other game on Tuesday night is a massive clash between two huges sides desperate for success into this competition. Barcelona are at home to French champions and last season’s runners-up Paris Saint-Germain. Now led by Mauricio Pochettino, the Argentine manager will be without Neymar due to injury.
The last time these two heavyweights came face to face was the infamous 6-1 comeback win for the Spaniards. In recent matches, they’ve both looked in strong form, with Barcelona winning five of their last seven and PSG winning four of their last five games. The Parisiens had to negotiate a tough group that included Manchester United and RB Leipzig but they won’t be particularly satisfied to be drawn against their former foes.
Into Wednesday, and Cristiano Ronaldo is returning to his motherland to go up against he hates - but loves to play against – Porto. The Portuguese icon, an ex-Sporting Lisbon player, typically performs best when it turns personal, so we could be in for another masterclass from CR7. Fingers crossed.
Andrea Pirlo’s project at Juve could hinge on their success in Europe, with his misfiring side now down in 4th following their 1-0 defeat to Napoli at the weekend. Porto, on the other hand, are 2nd in the Portuguese league having drawn four games in succession. They’re tight at the back, though, having not conceded a goal in almost 500 minutes of Champions League football.
The final tie this week sees La Liga’s Sevilla host Borussia Dortmund of the Bundesliga. The visitors aren’t great, to be honest. They’re down in 6th and drew at the weekend against Hoffenheim with Erling Haaland involving himself in yet another unnecessary on-field scrap. Sevilla, on the other hand, are in electrifying form, having won nine games straight in all competitions! They also haven’t conceded in their last seven games. Brilliant.
Our resident host Eduardo Siles is joined by his two favourite allies, Alvaro Romeo and Daniele Fisichella. Each experts in football and betting, they’re here each and every week to preview, discuss, analyse and dissect every fixture of this season’s Champions League. They’re also on hand to provide betting tips, odds, picks and predictions.

This is an audio version of our YouTube video. Bayern Munich could have the FIFA Club World Cup wrapped by the time this week’s Bundesliga kicks off. They’ve got Germany won, then Europe, next? The whole world. Let’s find out what happens… but first, it’s time for us to focus on Germany’s top flight. We start at the Red Bull Arena with RB Leipzig looking to hunt down their Bavarian rivals at the top of the standings. In this clash, they take on Augsburg, but they’ll have one eye on their Champions League activities next week. They take on under-fire Liverpool in that one, but they can’t let distraction slip in here. Into Saturday, and we start with Bayer Leverkusen against miserable Mainz. Bayer managed to get back on track with a 5-2 win last time out to end their run of three defeats. Their opponents are 4 points from safety. Champions League football is beginning to look slightly out of touch for Dortmund down in 6th, they lost again last weekend and have just 1 win from their last 5 league games. Hertha need to react to their terrible run of form if they’re going to avoid being relegated. They really don’t want to be in the second division with their wage budget, let us assure you. They take on Stuttgart, another side out of form with just one win in their last five. European football is on the horizon for Freiburg, currently in 8th place, as they travel to play Werder Bremen, now in 11th. Union host Schalke on Saturday afternoon in the perfect game for them to regain their form. They’re four games without a win at this point. Eintracht, however, look like they can’t stop winning. That could be extended when they welcome woeful Cologne to Frankfurt on Sunday. In the remaining game of the weekend, Wolfsburg – a brilliant side this year – will go head-to-head with Gladbach, both sides battling it out for Champions League qualification. Matchday 21 is extended to Monday due to Bayern’s Club World Cup exploits. Despite the inevitable jetlag, they take on Arminia Bielefeld in Munich. Can the minnows upset the potential world champions? We’ll have to wait and see for that one. This is an audio version of our YouTube show. Fiorentina kick-starts the action over in Italy for this week’s show. La Viola are in 11th spot in Serie A now, largely down to their home form – they haven’t been beaten at home in any of their last 6 games. Inter, clearly want to go to bed on Saturday night knowing that they’re the top side in Italy. They can move above their fierce rivals in red and black with all three points here. Atalanta are desperate to keep pace with the Champions League spots, they’ll look to do so when they face Torino in Bergamo. Sassuolo and Spezia are also in action, the hosts will want to stop the rot next time they step to the field; they’ve lost two and drawn two of their last four. Juventus and Roma go head to head in Turin, with two Scudetto outsiders jostling for position in third and fourth place. In Juventus’s last ten games, they’ve won 9 and lost 1. Imperious. Speaking of, Napoli boss Gennaro Gattuso will lead his team out away to Genoa later on Saturday. The Naples club are in 5th but need to sort out their inconsistencies to end the campaign on a high. Sunday starts with a mid-table clash between Benevento and Sampdoria. Pippo Inzaghi’s side have hit a sticky patch of form, having lost three of their last four and drawing the other. Samp sit two places and four points above but arrive on the back of a loss to Juve. Leaders Milan are set for a comfortable afternoon when bottom side Crotone head to the San Siro, whilst misfiring Udinese will be tested when Verona come calling on Sunday afternoon. That’s 13th against 9th. Our penultimate game of Matchday 21 in Italy’s top-flight sees Parma take on Bologna. The famous side are 19th in the division, having lost 3 games on the bounce. Their recent record is woeful, with 1 point picked up in their last 8 games, they’re eager for anything to fall their way! We wrap up proceedings with Lazio hosting Cagliari at home. They’re the form side in Italy, with five wins and a draw in 2021 it’s been a superb start to the calendar year. Cagliari, meanwhile, are down in 18th, and haven’t won in a long time. Alongside our resident host Eduardo Siles is a man with all the info and all the stats. He’s the guy that brought you that 40.0 ACCA winner not long ago. This is an audio version of our YouTube show. The action, as always, starts on Friday night. This time we begin with Celta Vigo at home to relegation favourites Elche. The hosts can plunge Elche further into the drop zone with a win here, but the Galician side haven’t won in a number of weeks, with two defeats and three consecutive draws in their last 5. Saturday starts with the leaders Atletico Madrid heading south to play Granada. Diego Simeone’s side had their lead cut to 8 points at the weekend, but hey, 8 points is still loads over in Spain. Then it’s Sevilla at home to bottom side Huesca. Sevilla are huge favourites for this one having won four on the bounce – they’re now just a point off 2nd. Eibar against Real Valladolid is Saturday’s penultimate game, before the action is concluded with Barcelona against Alaves. Ronald Koeman’s side are expected to make light work of their Basque opponents at Camp Nou, especially if they’re going to close down the Rojiblancos in top spot. Hey much they’ll be kicking themselves for letting Luis Suarez leave. Sunday starts with Real Sociedad heading to the capital to play Getafe. The side from San Sebastian won just their second league game out of a possible 12 last time out against Cadiz – they remain 6th in the standings thanks to their fantastic season start. This one is followed up by Real Madrid at ‘home’ to Valencia. Zinedine Zidane’s Los Blancos bounced back from their defeat to Levante by squeezing past Huesca. They’re not exactly lighting up La Liga right now. The other two games on Sunday see Valencia-based Levante welcome Pamplona’s Osasuna, before Real Betis look to bounce back against Villarreal. Manuel Pellegrini’s side were only narrowly squeezed out in the final moments against Barcelona but they won’t have everything their own way when they play Unai Emery’s side who sit 5th in the league. The final match of Matchday 23 is played on Monday as Cadiz welcome Athletic Bilbao. The Yellow Submarine are plummeting further and further down the table and are now very thankful for their strong start to the campaign. Eduardo Siles is very well supported by the one-and-only Alvaro Romeo, a diligent and brilliant Spanish football expert. They’re here to discuss all things Spanish football.
