This is an audio version of our YouTube video. German Cup Last 16 betting tips, predictions, picks and best odds. It’s the DFB-Pokal last-16! Or the German Cup, however you prefer. 16 teams remain in the competition, and we’ve got eight great games to preview with betting tips and predictions. Let’s get into it. Two former Bundesliga sides face-off in our first DFB Cup tie on Tuesday night, as Holstein Kiel host Darmstadt. Holstein are 3rd in the 2. Bundesliga and have a fighting chance to return to the top-flight this season. Their visitors are down having less fun this season down in 12th place. A place in the quarter finals awaits the winner here. Our second game is a really intriguing affair. Rot-Weiss Essen are second in the fourth-tier Regionalliga West – they’re at home to Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen. Essen have beaten Bundesliga’s Arminia Bielefeld and Fortuna Dusseldorf to reach this stage of the competition. Another upset would surely be the biggest result in the club’s history. Also on Tuesday, Borussia Dortmund are at home to second division Paderborn, whilst Werder Bremen play host to Greuther Furth. The away side are currently 4th in 2. Bundesliga and have lost just three times in their previous 16 games in all competitions. Onto Wednesday and a further four games for us to enjoy. The action starts at the Red Bull Arena, as Bundesliga title hopefuls take on lower league side Bochum. They’re riding high in 2nd place in the second division, but this seems like a pretty tall order to go away to Julian Nagelsmann’s side and earn a win. The following game is between two Bundesliga sides as Schalke travel to Wolfsburg, hoping to find some joy in this record-setting poor campaign Wednesday’s penultimate game sees Jahn Regensburg of the German second division welcome relegation-threatened Cologne to eastern Bavaria. Finally, the German Cup Last 16 action is rounded off with Stuttgart at home to Borussia Monchengladbach. There’s no Bayern Munich left in the competition – and you know what that means – it’s a very open competition! Our resident host Eduardo Siles is once again joined by German football and betting expert Radek Vegas to work their way through every game in the Last 16 of the German Cup. This is an audio version of our YouTube video. This video starts with four games kicking off on Tuesday evening this week. There’s an extra-special six-pointer at the bottom of the table to start proceedings, as Chris Wilder’s Blades host Big Sam’s Baggies at Brammall Lane. Both sides are fighting for their lives at the foot of the league, and it looks like both could face the drop come the end of the season. Elsewhere on Tuesday, Arsenal make the trip to the Black Country to play Nuno Espirito Santo’s Portuguese contingent at Wolves. The Gunners looked like they were sinking towards a relegation scrap at one point a couple of weeks ago but have fought back bravely and now look like they’ll be among those battling for European qualification once again. Later that evening, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United play host to Southampton. They’ll go in search of maximum points to get their title charge back on track. The other game with an 8pm start sees Newcastle play Crystal Palace. Steve Bruce’s side earned a magnificent 2-0 away win at Everton at the weekend, easing the pressure on the Magpies boss in the north east. Into Wednesday and we start at Turf Moor. The Clarets are at home to Pep Guardiola’s Citizens, who now top the league table. City have looked on a charge in recent weeks and this could be a particularly tough clash for Sean Dyche’s men to overcome. Fulham’s fight for survival in the Premier League continues when they welcome Leicester City to Craven Cottage. Marcelo Bielsa against Carlo Ancelotti is the next game. Also known as Leeds against Everton. It’s got a lovely continental feel to this game; let’s hope the performance on the field matches up to it. Later, it’s Aston Villa vs West Ham in a battle of the Claret & Blue, before Wednesday’s action is rounded off with Liverpool hosting Brighton. Matchday 22 of the Premier League season is complete when Tottenham invite Chelsea round theirs for a classic London Derby. It’s Jose against his former club – and it should be a cracker in north London. You’ll all be happy to hear that Eduardo Siles is back! As always, he’s joined by football broadcaster and writer Tom Williams to work their way through another busy and hectic Premier League weekend on Matchday 22. We start at Goodison Park with Newcastle’s trip to the blue side of Liverpool. Steve Bruce is looking increasingly under pressure to keep his job in the north east but is clinging on to it with his fingernails. A win here would do his hopes the world of good in the early kick-off on Saturday. After this, Palace are back at Selhurst Park to welcome Nuno Espirito Santos’ Wolves. Roy’s Eagles have been up and down like a yo-yo this season and are now currently in 13th spot, just about where you’d expect them to be. Wolves are tucked in behind, but neither will be involved in a relegation scrap this season. Our third game is between the new league leaders Manchester City and bottom of the table Sheffield United. Lucky for those Blades, hey? Chris Wilder’s side are closing in on the lowest points tally of all time in Premier League history. An unwanted record. Sam Allardyce’s West Brom continue their bid for survival against fellow strugglers Fulham, whilst in the late afternoon kick-off, in-form Arsenal are at home to Manchester United. Saturday’s action is rounded off with Aston Villa’s trip to the south coast to play Southampton. On Sunday we get to see what Thomas Tuchel’s been working on in training, as Chelsea entertain Burnley. We assume this will be the first time Tuchel will have come face-to-face with the Clarets’ Sean Dyche. He’s certainly in for a rude awakening in just his second game as the Blues boss. Afterwards, one-time-league-leaders Leicester are at home to Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds and Liverpool make their way to the capital to play red-hot Hammers. Davey Moyes has the Irons playing beautifully. Can the Scot really lead the east London side into Europe this season? Magical stuff. The final game on Matchday 21 sees Brighton play Spurs at the AmEx. The Seagulls are on a horrible run but they’ll have to play to their very best to earn all three points against Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham. Do not fear one and all, Eduardo Siles is back in the hot seat! We noticed how much you all missed him whilst he was away! As always, he’s joined by football broadcaster and writer Tom Williams to work their way through another busy and hectic Premier League weekend on Matchday 21. This is an audio version of our YouTube video. This video starts with Stuttgart at home to Mainz on Friday night. The visitors are struggling down in 17th with just 10 points to their name, whilst Stuttgart are in 10th place right now.
Saturday starts with the defending champions Bayern Munich at home to Hoffenheim. The Bavarian’s are looking good at the moment, with three wins in a row since their shock cup exit. Borussia Dortmund are keen to get their title hopes back on track when they welcome Augsburg to Westfalenstadion. The Black & Yellow are down in 7th following their 4-2 defeat to their Borussia rivals Gladbach; it’s now two defeats in a row. Oh dear.
Capital club Hertha Berlin are down in 14th place and sacked their manager Bruno Labbadia following four winless games. Pal Dardai, their former coach, is now back in charge for their trip to European hopefuls Eintracht Frankfurt.
Their city rivals Union are riding high (for what was expected pre-season) and this week they’re up against Gladbach in 5th place. Elsewhere, Werder Bremen are at home to bottom of the table Schalke. The Gelsenkirchen side are doomed to relegation, having lost three games in a row following their win against Hoffenheim. Up next is a great game for us to enjoy: RB Leipzig vs Bayer Leverkusen. Leipzig’s title tilt hit a bump in the road last week, as Julien Nagelsmann’s side last 3-2 to Mainz, despite them taking the lead twice. Visitors Leverkusen lost again too, this time to Wolfsburg. Neither side are in outstanding form but sit 2nd and 3rd respectively.
There’s a relegation scrap going on at the bottom of the table, as Arminia Bielefeld make the trip to play Cologne. This is 15th vs 16th in the Bundesliga. Cologne haven’t won at home this season, whilst Bielefeld only have 1 away win to their name this campaign. And that was against Schalke. Our final game of Matchday 19 sees Wolfsburg take on Freiburg. Inspired by the form of star striker Wout Weghorst, the home side can really make that final Champions League qualification spot their own with a win here.
You’ll all be happy to hear that Eduardo Siles is back! As always, he’s joined by German football and betting expert Radek Vegas to preview and analyse all the games on Matchday 19 in the Bundesliga with tips and predictions.

This is an audio version of our YouTube video. This video starts with West Ham’s trip to south London to play Crystal Palace in Tuesday’s evening kick-off. The Hammers have been in decent form in recent weeks and are now up to 7th and the 5th Round of the FA Cup. Their opponents Palace have just 1 win in their last eight in the league.
Game two sees under-fire Steve Bruce lead out Newcastle United against Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds. Neither side are in great form heading into this out and it’s going to be a battle for both sides to come out of this tie with a maximum haul of points.
Manchester City’s attack on the title continues in the outskirts of Birmingham when they visit West Brom’s Hawthorns. Pep’s side are now up to second in the league and haven’t lost a football match in a very long time. Tuesday’s action is wrapped up with Arsenal’s trip to Southampton, a repeat of Saturday’s FA Cup clash. Wednesday starts with Burnley at home to Aston Villa. A battle of the Claret and Blue. Can Villa really challenge for European – or even Champions League – football this season? Then it’s Frank Lampard’s former club, Chelsea, at home to Wolves. Lampard’s sacking was inevitable, but many will be sad to see the former Blues legend leave his post.
There’s a real battle at the bottom of the table when Fulham make a trip to the south coast to play Graham Potter’s Brighton side. Two English managers go head-to-head knowing that this game could prove to be a true six-pointer in the relegation scrap. Leicester City’s title challenge will be tested when they go to Goodison Park to play Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton. Brendan Rodgers’ side are battling across three competitions – and looking good in each – but this could be a true litmus test for their credentials.
The final game on Wednesday sees Manchester United at home to Sheffield United. The Red Devils will know maximum points is the only return expected when they play bottom-of-the-table Blades.
We’ve got a cracker on Thursday to bring you. Tottenham Hotspur are at home to Liverpool. What’s going on with Jurgen Klopp’s Reds? Will the German turn his clubs hopes around, or will Jose pour further misery on Liverpool’s poor run of form. You’ll all be happy to hear that Eduardo Siles is back! As always, he’s joined by football broadcaster and writer Tom Williams to work their way through another busy and hectic Premier League weekend on Matchday 20.

This is an audio version of our YouTube show. The action, as always, starts on Friday night. This time we begin in Valencia, as Levante host Real Valladolid. The hosts are up to 12th after just 2 defeats in their last 13. Their opponents, meanwhile, have just 1 win in 5 and really need to pick up points against the teams around them if they want to stay out of trouble this season. Saturday starts with bottom of the table Huesca at home to Villarreal. They’ve earned just 12 points all season and have one win to their name. But that doesn’t stop Alvaro thinking they’ll pick up points against Unai Emery’s side. The visitors are up int 4th and have just 1 defeat from 25 in all competitions. The next game sees Sevilla welcome Cadiz to the Sanchez-Pizjuan. The Andalusians have finally started scoring some goals and they’re looking in good form up in 6th. The Yellow Submarine are now down in 9th but they’re huge odds this time out. 9.0 to beat Sevilla. Following that fixture, it’s Real Sociedad against Real Betis. Sociedad are on a horrible run of form, having picked up just 7 points from a possible 27 since November. Betis can win this one in the San Sebastien, that’s for sure. Defending champions Real Madrid play Alaves in the next game. Los Blancos will be expected to win this one quite easily. And they’ll have to, if they want to maintain their title challenge against city-rivals Atletico. At the bottom of the table, Osasuna host Granada. The club from Pamplona haven’t won in the league since October – that’s 15 games. Granada, meanwhile, are odds of 3.23 to win this game. Interesting. Barcelona need wins to hunt down the leading pack above them. They go to 18th placed Elche on Saturday knowing that maximum points is the only result expected of them in this one. But! They’ll be without Lionel Messi! The final game on Saturday sees Celta Vigo host Eibar in the north of Spain. Iago Aspas & Co. have hit rocky form at the worst time, with four defeats in a row. Alvaro reckons there’s gonna be an upset in this one! Leaders Atletico Madrid are 7 points clear at the summit with a game in hand! That could be 10. Double figures. Wow. This week they’re up against Valencia, a side that have kept in pretty close in all their games in recent weeks. Atletico to win to nil looks pretty appealing with odds of 2.20. Is this Diego Simeone’s year once again? The final game of Matchday 20 sees Basque side Athletic take on Madrid minnows Getafe. The team from the north are better at San Mames than anywhere else, winning 5 of their last 8 league games there. They’re slight favourites, and rightly so. Tom Beck is on presenting duty this week in Eduardo Siles’ absence. Tom is extremely apologetic for the inconvenience and heartbreak this causes all our viewers. Tom’s is very well supported by the one-and-only Alvaro Romeo, a diligent and brilliant Spanish football expert. They’re here to discuss all things Spanish football. This is an audio version of our YouTube video. It’s mid-January and Bayern aren’t running away with it (yet). It’s another key week of fascinating fixtures in the Bundesliga, so let’s get into this one. We start on Friday night with the Borussen derby between Borussia Monchengladbach and Borussia Dortmund. This isn’t one of the fiercest derbies across Germany, but it still holds weight between these two clubs. The bookies have away side Dortmund as favourites for this one, but our German football & betting expert Radek Vegas is backing the draw. Into Saturday, it’s Arminia Bielefeld against Frankfurt. The away side are the clear favourites in this one at 1.82 but they’re both in decent form, with Bielefeld securing 3 wins and a draw from their last 5. Good news for Eintracht fans; their 2019 top goal scorer Luka Jovic is back! Next, it’s Augsburg against Union Berlin. Union have just 1 defeat in 7, and that was last time out against RB Leipzig, so no shame there! Augsburg, on the other hand, have 4 defeats in their last 5 and have conceded just twice in five games. Despite this, our expert reckons this will be a close one. Saturday also sees a great game between two high-flyers, Bayer Leverkusen and Wolfsburg. Bayer have 3 defeats in 5 but they beat Dortmund last time out. The visitors have been in the Euro spot all season but only have 2 wins from 11 away from home in all competitions. One to look out for. The bookmakers can’t split Freiburg’s clash with Stuttgart. Positioned 9th and 10th in the Bundesliga, there’s very little between these two sides. Go for the draw with odds of 3.86! Later, it’s another must-win game for RB Leizpig when they travel to face woeful Mainz. The odds aren’t too nice for Julian Nagelsmann’s side in this one and we’ve struggled to find any value bets! Hertha Berlin need points if their league position is ever going to match their owner’s ambition and financial input into the club. With just 1 win in 7 and down in 14th place, it isn’t looking too rosy in the capital right now. Their opponents Werder sit one place above in the standings (sit and stand, hmm?). Radek doesn’t like this game. Are you confident? Let us know! The penultimate game sees Schalke against league leaders against Bayern Munich. Anything other than an away victory is going to be a massive shock in Gelsenkirchen on Sunday afternoon. Then, we finish Matchday 18 with Hoffenheim at home to Cologne. The hosts are 11th but thankfully (for them) have star striker Andrej Kramaric back in the team to fire them up the table. Colgne, meanwhile, have some decent away form, winning 3 and drawing 1 of their previous 5. Tom Beck is in the Bundesliga hot seat this week in Eduardo Siles’ absence. Our iconic hot is taking a well-deserved break from betting previews for 24 hours, and who can blame him? He’ll be back soon, don’t you worry! Tom is joined by our resident German football and betting expert Radek Vegas to discuss every single game in another busy weekend across the Bundesliga. We’ve got the best odds, up to date news, betting info and predictions. For all the latest Bundesliga odds, head to http://oddspedia.com/football where you’ll find everything you need to secure your best bet. Here’s where to find each game on Odds On: Bundesliga – Matchday 18: 00:00 Introduction 01:10 Gladbach vs Dortmund betting tips and predictions 03:37 Arminia Bielefeld vs Eintracht Frankfurt betting tips and predictions 06:29 Augsburg vs Union Berlin betting tips and predictions 10:10 Bayer Leverkusen vs Wolfsburg betting tips and predictions 12:55 Freiburg vs Stuttgart betting tips and predictions 16:07 Mainz vs RB Leipzig betting tips and predictions 18:21 Hertha Berlin vs Werder Bremen betting tips and predictions 21:20 Schalke vs Bayern Munich betting tips and predictions 23:26 Hoffenheim vs Cologne betting tips and predictions
Benevento let a lot of us down last week after falling to a shock defeat to bottom of the table Crotone. Except it wasn’t a shock, was it? Because our Serie A betting expert Daniee Fisichella told us that would happen! This time around they’re at home to Torino, another side struggling down in 18th place. In the capital, Roma host Spezia in a replay fixture of their spectacular mid-week Coppa Italia clash. That game was marred by red cards and late goals, ending with the underdogs progressing in extra time. This time around Roma will be playing a full-strength squad, so expect a very different full-time result. Leaders Milan are in action following their recruit of elderly statesman Mario Mandzukic to team up with fellow golden oldie Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The table toppers face a tricky one at the San Siro as Atalanta come to town. The visitors are 6th in the standings having drawn each of their previous four games. Their title rivals Inter got their title tilt back on track with a win over defending champions Juve in the Derby d’Italia, and Daniele is backing Antonio Conte’s men to on the front foot when they play Udinese away from home. The Nerazzurri to score in both halves is his tip. Bottom side Crotone are also in action as they go to Florence to take on another side in trouble. Fiorentina are going to need to win this one to avoid a tricky couple of weeks ahead. Andrea Pirlo (it’s not looking good is it?) and his Juve side host 12th place Bologna at the J Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The Zebras lost 2-0 in the all-important clash with Inter and are now a massive 10 points behind Milan at the top. Another defeat here would surely end their title ambitions? Also on Sunday, Cagliari travel to Genoa in a clash between two underperforming sides in 16th and 17th respectively. Elsewhere, free-scoring Napoli play Verona. Gennaro Gattuso’s side beat Fiorentina 6-0 last time out and have won three of their last four. The penultimate game of Matchday 19 sees Lazio host Sassuolo. The home side arrive on the back of a superb 3-0 win over fierce inner-city rivals Roma, whilst Sassuolo have just one win in their last four – but they’re a decent side away from home. Finally, Parma, 19th, invite Sampdoria round theirs. They really need points, but this might not be the game for them. Alongside our resident host Eduardo Siles is a man with all the info and all the stats. He’s the guy that brought you that 40.0 ACCA winner not long ago. He’s a man that can do no wrong in our eyes; it’s Daniele Fisichella. Wait a minute… We’re back on Matchday 18. How did we get here? Well, you know what the Premier League is like – they don’t want to make it easy for us YouTube mega stars. There’s been some rescheduling, postponements, cup delays and Covid-related cancellations, but we should be back to the regime next week! This video starts with West Ham’s game against West Brom. David Moyes’ Hammers are looking towards the European spots nowadays, whilst Big Sam’s Baggies need to kick-on from their win over Wolves last time out in the Black Country derby.
Game 2 is Leicester against Chelsea. The Foxes go top if they win. Yes, you read that correctly. What a crazy season, and Brendan’s side are still very much in with a shout of winning another Premier League title. Manchester City are at home to Aston Villa in the next game. Pep’s players are hitting form at the right time of the season and are the first team to record five consecutive wins in the league in 2020/21. They’re also unbeaten in nine, which doesn’t bode well for Villa’s chances at the Etihad.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United head to Craven Cottage looking to get back to winning ways following the Anfield dullfest last Sunday. The Red Devils are unbeaten in their last 16 away games in the league. The other side involved in that goalless and forgettable 0-0 are also in action. Defending league champions Liverpool are at home again, this time to Sean Dyche’s Burnley. The Reds are on a particularly poor run of form (for them), having failed to score in three straight league games for the first time since March 2005. The Clarets, meanwhile, are down in 17th and really could do with some more points on the board to enter February with some optimism.
