Statistically our young people once they exit school they typically change jobs 10-14 times before they turn 38. Often times these job changes are not in the same field or type of roles; some times even leaving industries completely. One of the biggest problems leading to this is the lack of education by our education system on what career paths are out there and how to get to them. This podcast will address the major gap in our education system, a vew from a student, and how to get ahead of the problem.

There has always been a big debate that our country doesn't do enough to help felons rehabilitate and re-emerge back to workforce as contributors to society. While the government doesn't do enough, employers are very bias and are more at fault for not helping them back to working society. This podcast looks at the value employers can have in stopping the cycle of violence and reducing crime by giving felons a second chance.
