On this episode of Sooner State of Mind, it has been a minute, but stoke levels are definitely rising! Our Sooners are coming off their biggest win of the season. Last Saturday Night, the Oklahoma Sooners put an old-fashioned beat down on Jalen Milroe and the #7 Alabama Crimson Tide. Not only that, but they held the Tide out of the endzone with the 24-3 victory in front of a packed house at the Palace on the Prairie. The Tide jumped out to a 3-0 lead, but that would be the last points they would score on the night. True Freshman Xavier Robinson was dominant as he and Jackson Arnold both ran for over 100 yards, contributing to the 275 yards rushing the Sooners had on the night. To most, it was a season-saving win, especially for the Seniors taking the field for the last time on Senior Night. That includes Butkus Award Finalist Danny Stutsman, who led the defensive charge. Now the Sooners look to build off that performance as they head to Death Valley for a season finale against the LSU Tigers. It's time to get into a Sooner State of Mind! footballdudesla footballdudeslaIG footballdudesfacebook
