This Women’s Month we explore the progression of Black femininity, faith, and leadership.

Drawing inspiration from the story of Queen Esther, we reflect on the courage, strategy, and purpose that have shaped the leadership of women throughout history.

From biblical lessons to the realities of navigating “hood politics”, this episode unpacks how Black women have always understood power, timing, and community responsibility.

I also share reflections on my current season of growth launching SheGaze Media Inc, building media platforms, and planning the upcoming RAF Alliance Gala for World Mental Health Day.
