If you've listened to this show for any length of time, you know that Doug has used a planner since he came out of the womb (kidding, since college he says though), and Kim writes her daily to do list on toilet paper (double ply of course). But both of them share a goal of wanting to get the most out of each day, week, month and year. And in order to do that, you can't just keep all of your hopes, dreams and plans in your head. Because if it's always in your head, you don't really have the space to create and produce - you only ever find yourself in management mode.
