Short and sweet today. I was privileged to attend and commentate ADCC Phoenix with Brandon McAghren. Dan Manasoiu was dominant once again, Benson Henderson made an appearance, it was a grand ol' time.
I also preview WNO which goes down in two days! Meregali vs. Duarte is going to be incredible!

One of my favorite strings of podcasts we've done features this wholesome and dedicatedd man, Paul Tokgozoglu. Focused on mental health and the effect Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can have in a positive way, Paul has been posting and growing quickly and for good reason. I am very excited to see where the podcast goes, it was a huge privlege for me to be able to sit down with him and simply enjoy a couple conversations, one of which you will want to go to his channel to listen to!
