Intrinsic value: the real value of an asset based on fundamental factors, as opposed to the price assigned by the market.

Spot price: the current market price at which an asset, such as a security, commodity, or currency, can be bought or sold for immediate delivery.

Yield curve: a line that plots the yields, or interest rates, of bonds that have equal credit quality but different maturity dates.

PBOC: The People’s Bank of China, the central bank for China.
