In this life, we will have many trials. In today's message from Pastor David, he reminds us that God is always with us in our trials. It's the Word of God, not the word of man, that changes hearts! Do you have concern for the unbelievers around you? As Christians, we carry the Spirit of God inside of us. God loves the world, which is why He sent His Son; so that none would perish. By having the heart of God within us, it compels us to live our lives with a compassion and care for a lost and dying world. Go out today, and make the love of Christ known!

Are you afraid to share your faith with others, because you fear the questions they might ask? In today's message from Pastor David, he encourages us to share boldly with others what we do know about the gospel, and not to worry about what we don't. Questions will always come, but it's important that we share boldly the love God has for humanity. God desires to save humanity from themselves, so they can be saved into eternity! If we want to see genuine faith in our children, we must train them up with genuine faith. In today's message from Pastor David, we are taught the importance of training our children up in the faith. We are to pour Jesus into them, whether they are ours or not. Children are important to Jesus, and they need to be important to us. Our responsibility as Christians, is to know Jesus Christ, and make Him known to others. What child could you encourage to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior this week?

You are pure through Christ! In today's message from Pastor David, we are taught through Paul's life, about being new creations. Before Christ, Paul had some major sins he needed cleansed from. However, once Paul received Christ, he was a new creation. Like Paul, once we receive Christ, we too become new creations. Whatever past or current sin we might be struggling with, Jesus came so we might be cleansed from it. Jesus not only forgives our sins, but cleanses us and make us pure!

Who can you come alongside to disciple? In today's message from Pastor David, we learn the importance of discipleship. Just like Paul came alongside Timothy, we too are to come alongside others and help disciple them in their faith. Whenever we help another person grow within their faith, we also grow within our own. He warns us against false teaching, and reminds us to be in God's Word daily. God's Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.
