As we all know September is suicide prevention month. This month I will be talking about suicide prevention, risks, signs and how to help someone if they are suicidal and how to get professional help. I have with me Himani Bishnoi, a counselling psychologist based in the U.K who has a long experience working with suicidal patients and severe mental health cases.
