  • The Sheahan Family: Area 51 Groom Mine
The Historic Groom Mine & Residence has been owned an operated by us, the Sheahan family, since 1889. Rich in several precious metals including lead, silver and gold, we diligently mined the land, paving our way in Nevada mining history. In time, the Groom Mine became our foundation, livelihood and home. In the 1940s, the U.S. Government set their sights on southern Nevada as prime real estate for an aircraft testing facility. Slowly, the U.S. Government drove every mine in the vicinity out of the area- except for our family, who held and continues to hold six patented mining claims dating back to 1864 and 15 unpatented claims. After Congress passed the General Mining Act of 1872, President Ulysses S. Grant not only signed the White Lake and Conception Patents, but in writing, granted us the “exclusive right to enjoyment of all the lands within the boundaries, forever.” Due to the stature of such claims, our family was able to remain living on and continue mining our land. On June 23, 1954 at approximately 12 p.m., the heart and soul of our property, the mill, was bombed causing more than $1 million in damages. The destruction was devastating, as we watched decades of hard work, dedication and history burst into flames. The wreckage forced us to uproot our home, relocate and re-start our careers elsewhere. Less than a year later, the USAF acquired the land just north of the Groom property and established an Air Force Base, known today as Area 51. Since, we have been granted limited access to our property.

While we’ve had the ability to spend time visiting and repairing a land that holds invaluable history, we’ve faced many challenges in trying to work with the USAF and other government entities. Such challenges can be only described as criminal acts by our government including:

    • The bombing of the Groom Mine mill site.

    • Shooting of the Groom Mine campsite by airplanes.

    • Holding family members at gunpoint on numerous occasions. Family members have experienced fear and mental anguish from this.

    • Nuclear fallout and contamination from the aboveground nuclear tests. These tests caused radiation burns and sickness among some family members.

    • Illegally seizing our access road in 1978.This road was held illegally by the Air Force for six years until the land withdraw was approved by Congress.

    • Invasion of privacy at Groom Mine and constant monitoring of our activities.

    • Illegally detaining family members.

    • Threatened use of deadly force by security forces.

    • Creating obstacles preventing the operation of Groom Mine, causing lost opportunities for business dealings.

    • Complete denial of access to a land that, under the United States Constitution, we have every right to access.

    • Illegal and periodic searches of our vehicles and persons prior to gaining access to our own property.

    • Coerced signings of Inadvertent Disclosure Statements.

    • Telling our prospective business partners that they would not be allowed to operate the mine and therefore no business deals have been possible.

    • The constant threat of Condemnation, including telling Groom Mine owners that if we bring an outside company to run the mine, the Air Force will condemn the Groom Mine.

  • Jewel Star : Cosby's Love Child: The Untold Story of Autumn Jackson the Alleged Daughter of Entertai
This compelling and true life story screams of betrayal, deceit, and an unsolved mystery. It began when a budding young woman was lured into a cunning and deceptive scheme which eventually became her undoing. The tale may have gone unnoticed under normal circumstances. However, the plot thickened when a famous celebrity, Bill Cosby, was the target of a greedy rouse. The timing couldn't have been worse as it fell on the heels of his son's murder. Ennis Cosby had been shot and killed the day an alleged extortion letter was delivered to the comedian demanding millions in hush money. During one of the most infamous trials of 1997 Cosby would face his adversary Autumn Jackson, and rue the day that she was born. Jackson could do nothing more than look into her father's eyes and weep for all that had never been. At least she believed the entertainer to be her father. This complicated and twisted saga is fraught with criminal and passion driven psychology. Who were the guilty ones and who were the innocents? "I'm Autumn Jackson's aunt. I was called on to be her traveling companion, confidant, and unlikely bodyguard. When people asked me what happened, the answer was complicated. A book needed to be written." Jewel Star Star is an award winning author. You can preview her bio at: amazon.com/author/JewelStar JewelStarAuthor.com

  • Kathryn MacDonald: Jeff MacDonald Murder
(Note: Due to technical issues, only part of this interview is available.)

The case of Jeff MacDonald has been infused with controversy since the murders took place, almost 39 years ago. Through it all, Jeff has steadfastly maintained his innocence. Over the many years since trial, thousands of pages of government reports, obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, that prove the existence of outside assailants, have been obtained. In fact, not only do these documents show Jeff's claim of outside assailants to be true, they also show how the prosecution deliberately set out to suppress evidence supporting these claims before, during, and after his trial.

The MacDonald case has served as an example of malfeasance in the investigation of the FBI Crime Lab's misconduct, and the case has been featured in numerous congressional hearings and in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe and The New Republic. In January, 2006, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals panel of three unanimously agreed that the affidavit of Jimmy Britt, a respected former US Marshal, was sufficient grounds to propel a rare fourth appeal (successive habeas petition) forward for review to the District Court in Raleigh, North Carolina. Jimmy Britt died in October, 2008. In November, 2008, the District Judge denied relief. The defense will appeal to the 4th Circuit.

The MacDonald case is one of the most enduring and haunting legal cases of our time, and a torturous example of injustice and wrongful conviction. It continues to endure and weigh heavily on the public consciousness because the right conclusion has never been has never been issued in a court of law- that Jeff MacDonald is an innocent man and must be released. If guilt was so clear, its hard to imagine that the interest and emotion this case continues to proliferate would still exist nearly 40 years later.

  • Graeme MacQueen :The 2001 Anthrax Deception: The Case for a Domestic Conspiracy FULL
The 2001 anthrax letter attacks in the United States killed five people andwounded dozens. They were widely blamed on extremist Muslims andtheir backers and used to support the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. They were also used to justify and hasten the passage of the USAPATRIOT Act, which was being presented to Congress just as the firstanthrax victim grew ill.In October 2001, one of the hypotheses that gained ground was that ofthe Double Perpetrator, the claim that al-Qaeda was carrying out theattacks with the support of Iraq. Much evidence was put forth to supportthis Double Perpetrator hypothesis but independent scientists soondiscovered that the anthrax spores came from a domestic lab in the USserving the military and intelligence communities, not from al-Qaeda orIraq. The FBI then quickly claimed that an individual was responsible for theattacks and began noisily looking for this “lone wolf.” In 2008 the Bureaunamed Dr. Bruce Ivins of the US Army Medical Institute of InfectiousDisease as the “anthrax killer.” Although the FBI remains committed tothe Ivins hypothesis, the case has been disintegrating for the last threeyears. Currently, it is justly held in contempt not merely by scientists whoworked with Ivins but by many journalists as well as several US senators. But this raises the question: if Ivins did not commit this crime, who did? This book presents evidence to support the following points:(a) The anthrax attacks were carried out by a group of perpetrators, notby a “lone wolf.” The attacks were, therefore, the result of a conspiracy—by definition a plan by two or more people, made in secret and resultingin an immoral or illegal act.(b) The group that carried out this crime consisted, in whole or in part, ofinsiders deep within the US state apparatus.(c) These insiders were the same people who planned the 9/11 attacks(d) The anthrax attacks were meant to facilitate a seizure of power by theexecutive branch of government through intimidation of Congress andUS civil society. They were also designed to achieve public acquiescenceto and support for the redefinition of US foreign policy, replacing the ColdWar with a new and aggressive global conflict framework, the Global Waron Terror.
