Bill Graham was the Liberal Leader of the Opposition to not serve as Prime Minister since 1919. He would spend 14 years in Parliament, including as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Defence. As well, he was one of the first MPs to come out in support of same-sex marriage.
