Starting out as an ambassador, then a cabinet minister, Lucien Bouchard's falling out with his friend Brian Mulroney would result in the creation of the Bloc Quebecois. From that point, Canadian politics would change forever. On top of that, Bouchard served as the premier of Quebec and led the Non vote in the 1995 Quebec Referendum.
