TT GG and DD start reminiscing about pre Instagram Brooklyn when there was no Uber, Habana Outpost was Black, Vashtie was throwing parties and you had the number to every black car in BK. We ask the question, “Are we part of gentrification?” GG argues that the idea that Black people returning back to historically Black neighborhoods is not necessarily gentrification and the argument against it is anti-Black.

DD talks about his recent readings from his neighbor and another in a recent New Orleans trip. GG discuss in a reading hearing that she was a former medicine woman and TT agrees about her recent mediation and getting inspired to do the same.

Everyone online has been talking about being in their villain era… so we ask the question, what era are you in. TT talks about surrendering and being present and DD reminds her that she’s been in that era for years. “Damn bitch you still surrendering”?!

We ask all the questions when planning a trip for your girls. If you can plan a group trip for 6 or more people… just go be a project manager baby.

GG talks about how to negotiate to get more money when having tough conversations with your employer when you show your value and they’re not appreciating. TT talks about wanting more in her career but balancing a family life and not seeing it be done in her industry. DD makes a bold statement about LGBTQIA and the respect the community does not receive in the music industry.
