We interviewed Rob Lutz, head brewer and co-owner of StormBreaker Brewing in Portland, OR, back in 2017. We learned about all things StormBreaker, and thought it would be fun to share this video again and learn more about the history of StormBreaker. It's fun to hear how much has changed in the past few years, and how StormBreaker has grown. They've added another location and have become even more of a fixture in the Oregon brewery scene.
We're so excited to be back at StormBreaker as part of our 2021 schedule! Join us on August 21, 2021 at StormBreaker Brewing in North Portland!

In this episode, we hear from the master of all things Heart to Start, Tracie Rose! Tracie is the Program Manager at Basecamp Prevention + Wellness for the Providence Heart Institute. She first started as a participant with Heart to Start eight years ago. She was then a volunteer with Base Camp until moving into her current role a few years ago. Tracie shares a bit about her personal fitness journey, and five tips to help everyone finish their training strong and prepare for race day!
In the 11th episode of the LubDub Show are joined by Eric Marchek, clinical operations manager for the Providence Sports Medicine program. We talk about aches vs pains; how to pay attention to our bodies, and understand when we might need help assessing what a little pain or discomfort really means. This is a great episode for newer runners and walkers who may not know how to interpret these things yet, but also for more experienced folks who are perhaps used to just "toughing it out" or ignoring it altogether.
In the 10th episode of the LubDub Show, we are joined by Niki Strealy, a registered dietitian specializing in digestive health as part of Providence Sports Medicine, along with her own nutrition consulting business, Strategic Nutrition, LLC. Niki and Nathan talk about proper nutrition for optimal health in general and share helpful advice about nutritional needs before, during, and after any workout or race. Enjoy!
