The world was outraged when Cecil the Lion was killed by a Bloomington, Minnesota dentist named Walter Palmer back on July 1, 2015. Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) affects thousands of veterans, law enforcement officers and countless civilians of every description.
