What does it actually mean? Hell if we know. But, our boys Sid and Keith probably know (confession: we haven't actually listened to the episode yet) and it is probably about being intentional in how you interact with and let others into your life. Keeping your circle small to avoid entangling alliances that may bring chaos, drama and doom along with them.
