Queer day camps for children 10 and under?"Queer youth fests" that's weird...I don’t care who you are, that is WEIRD.
This is insane. And it’s right here in Charleston? No...not ok.
SC State Senator Matt Leber joined me in the studio today to discuss the Charleston County libraries pushing literal porn (against the law) in children's sections of their public libraries, and the insidiousness of the types of people who are advocating for this type of thing.Groups like "We Are Family" which just created a "queer youth center" in Charleston South Carolina. This is the same group that held day camp for “queer children” under 10 years old and who give money to minors for hormone therapy if those kids send them an email asking for cash. Not kidding….

Some of you may know, some may not know, that I have a new morning radio show in Charleston/Berkeley/Dorchester counties on 1250am WTMA!

This is our second week, and I am finally getting the hang of live radio, so I will be releasing a few episodes a week right here on my Substack. I really appreciate your support over the years and I am really grateful to have been given this opportunity!

January 09, 2025 Charleston County Councilman (R) Larry Kobrovsky Explains His Voting Democrat Into Chairmanship
In the first conflict of the year in Charleston County South Carolina, lines are being drawn and people are angry on all sides.
Larry Kobrovsky, a member of the 5-4 Republican Majority of Charleston County Council, joined the Democrat minority in electing Kylon Middleton (D) to the chairman position. In return, the Democrat minority members voted Kobrovsky into the Vice-Chairmanship.
This move has raised the eyebrows of numerous factions within the Republican party in Charleston, SC while others have lauded him for putting the county above partisan politics.
I sat down to speak with Larry Kobrovsky about his decision, and why he made it, in a long form interview.
The fact of the matter is, nobody in this entire state, much less in the county of Charleston, gives elected officials the ability to have legitimate, long form discussions except US at The Overton Report.
Anyone can make click bait, anyone can misrepresent elected officials by using 2 sentences out of context, but that is not what we do here.
I look forward to the other members of Charleston County Council coming and doing similar long form discussions with me in the VERY near future. This is the only way we move forward in a legitimate manner.

First 45 minutes consists of my discussion with Sheriff Candidate Carl Ritchie.
From minute 45 to the end is my discussion with Mike Lyons.
In this episode, the CCRP Executive Committeeman for Mt. Pleasant Precinct 37, Mike Lyons joins me to walk us through some of the chaos that has been taking place in the Charleston County Republican Party. There has been a years long factional fight that seems to be coming to a head at the worst time possible (the most important presidential election in any of our lifetimes) and one aspect of that factional fight seems to want to do ANYTHING BUT elect Republicans…going so far as to vote against their own claimed interests in the process.
Plus, we are joined by one of the two candidates in the Republican primary runoff for Charleston County Sheriff, former Mount Pleasant Police Chief Carl Ritchie.
That runoff election is June 25th, and we hope to have the other candidate for an interview before then! It won’t be for lack of trying!

June 04, 2024 Candidate Forum: Charleston Sheriff & Congressional District 1 FULL VIDEO!
Yesterday, June 3rd, we were asked to come to the Carolina Republican Coalition’s forum which included 2 of the Charleston County sheriff’s candidates in the Republican Primary, as well as Nancy Mace’s two challengers in the Congressional Republican Primary for District 1.
We happily obliged!
The two Sheriff’s candidates were Carl Ritchie and Rick Keys.
The two Congressional candidates were Bill Young & Catherine Templeton.
There were also short speeches given by Harry Houck, former NYPD officer and contributor to multiple news outlets regarding the Trump trial, as well as Caroline Parker, who is one of the VERY few conservatives on the City of Charleston council.
Shout out to Mara Brockbank, Trich Schellman & Dorian Bucholz who run the Carolina Republican Coalition for holding such an informative event!
