Join us for this special episode for Yule, Winter Solstice or Midwinter.  This quiet space is our gift to you in celebration of the season!

After some reflection on the time of year, we invite you to relax with a path working meditation that allows you to explore the winter landscape and enter the dream of the great bear, the sleeping earth goddess who is hibernating in the cave of the ancestors.   We follow this up with some seasonal poetry and a healing candle meditation to embrace the new spark of the sun's light that is born at the winter solstice.
