This week on The Panel, Jen sat down with her sister, Melissa Guy and friend Lauren Schwartz to have a candid conversation about motherhood. Melissa is a mother of five little girls under the age of six. Lauren is mother to two girls, one with special needs. Melissa and Lauren share the struggles (& the joy) of being the stay at home parent. They also share the different ways they parent and discipline their children vs. the way their husbands do.
