Rachel is joined by Shenae Lodge, a passionate ADHD parent coach dedicated to empowering mums raising kids with ADHD. As both a trained ADHD coach and an ADHD parent herself, Shenae understands the daily struggles—from meltdowns to the emotional toll of navigating diagnoses, school systems, and support networks.
Her coaching focuses on practical strategies, confidence-building, and fostering a more balanced, connected family life. She is also the founder of Peel ADHD Parent Support, a thriving community that provides guidance, connection, and resources for ADHD parents.
Beyond coaching and community work, Shenae serves as a Consumer Representative for the Complex Attention and Hyperactivity Disorder Service (CAHDS) at Perth Children’s Hospital. In this role, she advocates for families, ensuring parents’ voices shape ADHD services and support.
Shenae dives into executive functioning, the ADHD brain, and real strategies that actually work. Shenae will also share with you ways to create more connection, less chaos, and a more harmonious home with practical tools you can start using today.
