  • S05|05 - Minimalism: 3 Tips from my Marie Kondo Journey

A decluttered space can declutter the mind… and vice versa. That is where I found myself 6 years ago… deep in the throes of parenting, late nights, diapers and laundry. • My journey in minimalism and how I found Marie Kondo’s work
    • 3 ways we can use the concept of minimalism to clean out our minds and our homes

  • S05|04 - Integration, Client Journey with Maryann

On this episode I introduce you to my client Maryann and her story… mom of 4 (and a half), one with ASD, and new to being a stay-at-home-mom. She was looking for changes in her parenting and had just stumbled across conscious parenting before we found each other on Instagram. You’ll be inspired by her and her story… and you may also feel like it’s possible for you.

    • How she struggled to find joy in the day-to-day doldrum of motherhood
    • What her parenting looks like now, and how it’s transformed
    • How inner healing has changed much more than just parenting for her
    • How self-compassion was key to her change

  • S05|01 - A Minimalist Life: Stillness, Simplicity and Intuition

I’m back from a lovely 6-week break from IG and the podcast… and I’ve learned some things along the way that I feel called to share with you. I spent much-needed time resting, pausing, being still, connecting and spending time outdoors. Doing this taught me a lot about my own self-worth, how to be more intentional in my be-ing and my do-ing, and why it’s kind of amazing to do less.

    What we chat about today:

    • Minimalism in our life, parenting and schedule
    • Simplicity in life comes from stillness, pause and rest
    • Self-worth tied to productivity
    • Sneaky expectations in parenting
    • Tuning in to our parental intuition
