Since working with me, Aubrey Svedin has more than 8x’d her investment. She’s moved into a new luxury apartment, works from home, and, she works with high-level clients who gladly pay her for her services.

I met with Aubrey to create a case study that was originally intended to be exclusive to those in Soul Offer, but the advice she gave was just *so* powerful that I knew I needed to share it on the podcast.

In this episode, Aubrey shares how afraid she was to go after a higher-level avatar that could afford her services. She was convinced they wouldn’t like her, wouldn’t be able to see past her past, and that she couldn’t offer them anything.

Since working with me, in just a few months she’s onboarded EIGHT of those thigh-level avatars, some of them multiple times! It turns out they are just humans, after all, and Aubrey is more than qualified to support them.

Over the past week, I've decided to do something I've been putting off for FOUR YEARS once and for all.

It needs to happen. I know it does. But I have so many insecurities… even as I’m working on the project, I often feel like I’m going to vomit.

The reason why is because of a few things.
1. I know I'm going to be bad at it at first.

1. I know I’m going to invest money and I won't see results for awhile.
2. The results and backlash may even be embarrassing...
3.  

But it must be done. So I haven't given myself a choice. It will get done this today.

While that was a short story, it was potent. Hiding within that^ short story is the strongest indicator of success.

When it comes to making more sales, a compelling, no-brainer offer and effective marketing are truly THE ONLY important ingredients.

And yet, so many business owners forego focusing on these important things to ( in my opinion), self-sabotage with rabbit trails, shortcuts, and success secrets.

One of these rabbit trails that sucks a CEOs time and energy and is not that effective, is the ever elusive niche.

While niching *is* wildly important for a good offer AND good marketing, so many niche down on the wrong things.

Socioeconomic status
Where you ICA likes to shop on Saturdays..

The truth is, none of this matters (unless you are pulling lists for a direct mail campaign). 

What truly matters is.

Your ICAs pain, their goals, their current beliefs, and the beliefs they need in order to move forward within your offer vehicle.

Once you have that down, you can sell offers at any price point.

Danielle Perlin-Good thought 4 months of maternity leave would be more than enough time.  When it wasn’t, she spent a lot of time beating herself up for not meeting her deadlines.

In November 2021, I accomplished a feat against many odds.

I successfully hosted an event that combined charitable giving, and a launch.

As a result, we DOUBLED our giving goal, and I closed 10% of the room (average close rate 1-3%).

One day, God told Voice Coach Cytel Schults to start telling people she could hear things in people’s voices.

She could not believe the Lord wanted her to lie to people, but He was insistent, so she did.

At her next voice session, she could not believe her ears. She could hear emotions that were stuck in her student’s body… through her voice!

When Cytel first explained what she did to me, it made perfect sense. “OF COURSE!” I said to myself. Everything is energy, and we attract through frequency. The strongest frequency we create is through the sound of our voice! Whatever frequency it is giving off, it is attracting back to us.

Imagine if someone could listen to the frequency of your voice, intuit what you are hiding in your body, the trapped emotions, traumas, life experiences, etc. Help release them, and allow you to shift and raise the vibration of your voice so that you magnetically attract your people to you, at a higher frequency.
