No-one is perfect, and there will be times when we can not. When that happens, just be honest and communicate with your TEAM. That is the best way give the TEAM a chance to help one another.
Having a healthy sense of competition is essential for any organization. However, if your team becomes competitive with one another, they will loose sight of who the real competition is.
