In this episode I have a conversation with Gay Lowry, an amazing practice consultant and friend. We discuss her journey into practice consulting and what she is doing to help practices thrive. She shares some amazing pearls about TEAM huddles, TEAM dynamics, and social media. We also discuss how to prepare associates to interact with TEAM members to help prevent resentment if there is suspected favoritism. A great first episode with Mrs. Gay Lowry!
