God communicates with His people

1. God communicates the purpose of our creation

2. There is no other God who can compare to Him

3. His desire is to maintain a relationship of love

4. When we sinned God sent His son Jesus to fix it

5. Jesus’ sacrifice allows us to communicate to God

John 7:37 On the last day, the climax of the festival, Jesus stood and shouted to the crowds, “Anyone who is thirsty may come to me! 38 Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.’ ” - (NLT)

Colossians 1:19 For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, 20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. - (NKJV)

Live from the source of abundance

1. Finding the accurate source determines our life

2. The choice is ours as well as the consequences

3. If Jesus is our source we become springs of life

4. We need to widen our horizon for His abundance

5. Continuous and abundant life flows from Christ

Genesis 2:8 Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in

Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. 9 And the Lord God

made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing

to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the

tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. 10 A river

watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated

into four headwaters. 11 The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds

Genesis 12:7 The Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your offspring

I will give this land.” So he built an altar there to the Lord, who had

Discern your promised land

1. God’s provision existed long before we arrived

2. Do not doubt that God means what He has said

3. His Kingdom first is the secret to prosperity

4. Be the Master, not the servant of your money

5. Expect the heavens to open as God promise

1 Peter 1:6 So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while. 7 These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world

Matthew 13:24 Here is another story Jesus told: “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a farmer who planted good seed in his field. 25 But that night as the workers slept, his enemy came and planted weeds among the wheat, then slipped away. 26 When the crop began to grow and produce grain, the weeds also grew. 27 “The farmer’s workers went to him and said, ‘Sir, the field where you planted that good seed is full of weeds! Where did they come from?’ 28 “ ‘An enemy has done this!’ the farmer exclaimed. “ ‘Should we pull out the weeds?’ they asked. 29 “ ‘No,’ he replied, ‘you’ll uproot the wheat if you do. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest. Then I will tell the harvesters to sort out the weeds, tie them into bundles, and burn them, and to put the wheat in the barn.’ ” - (NLT)

Romans 12:12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. - (NIV84)

How to prevail in afflictions

1. The sons of the kingdom are exposed to affliction 2. The struggle against evil continues to the finish 3. Learning to deal with the testing of affliction 4. Through the living Word of God we will conquer 5. Our struggles can’t separate us form God’s love

Now is the time to seek the Lord We are a people who are hungry for new experiences with our God. We don’t believe in conserving the experiences of the past.
