By coming back to that which is true and real on a regular basis, we lift and sustain our vibration and the Universe will rise up to meet us at that new and higher vibration, demonstrating experiences that match this new and higher vibration.

Meditation is one of the most powerful tools of healing and expanding consciousness. 

As we sit to meditate, we are wise to remember that we are not meditating to get a specific result or call forth any particular outcome, but merely to come fully back to the nowness of this moment.

The benefits of having a regular meditation practice are many for both body, mind, and soul.

Through the regular practice of meditation, we gradually come into the awareness that we are not our thoughts, emotions, and our bodies but that we are the consciousness that experiences them. 

Allowing us the freedom and the strength to free ourselves from being pulled ever which way by them.

Also, as we, through meditation expand our ability to be grounded in the Now, we make ourselves increasingly open and available to catch and receive insights, revelations that will guide, lead, and move us powerfully and beautifully along our unique and perfect path.

And so, I invite you to join me in a beautiful silent meditation.

Inevitably along this path of awakening and healing, we bump into periods where small and limited patterns rise to the surface that we may release and let them go.

The will of Spirit is to forever come into greater and grander expression in, as, and through all of creation. 

We, as spiritual beings having taken on this human incarnation, get to choose to either consciously participate in this or seek to resist and deny it.

Resisting and denying change gives rise to suffering while embracing, allowing, and choosing to consciously participate call forth a deep sense of joy, peace, and harmony from within us.

We want to go with the flow of life that we may flow with the eternal go of life - which is to forever allow for greater and expressions of itself to emerge.

In other words, we want to go forever go deeper, wider, and higher. We want to forever expand, change and transform.

Not shy away from it, but willingly and consciously participate in it.

The breath is as a beautiful as it is a powerful tool to help us anchor ourselves in the nowness of this moment.

The breath is always now, we can't breathe in the past, we can't breathe in the future, but always now.

And so, as we use the breath to come back to the nowness of this moment, we break free from any and all stories and fantasies we may have - about the past, about the present, and about future moments.

And as we do come back to the nowness of this moment - we get to begin again. 

In other words we get to make a new choice, a higher choice. As we use our breath to come back to the nowness of this moment we get to change the trajectory of our lives forever.

I invite you to join me as we explore the four dimensions of surrender; the What, the How, the When, and the Why.

If we want to allow for the development of a healing consciousness, and for the Divine peace and harmony that is inherent within us to come forth, we need to learn to give it all over to Spirit and surrender these four dimensions.

As long as we hold on to thoughts and opinions as to what should and should not be, as long as we try to figure out details and outcomes, as long as we cling to attachments of any kind - we will never be fully at peace.

For the simple reason that there is always the possibility (in fact, a high probability) that things will not turn out the way we thought they should.

And so we are wise to surrender it all to Spirit, which is omniscient (all-knowing) and therefore eternally knows what is best for each and every single one of us always knows the best way forward and forever has a Divine and perfect timing - that Spirit may guide, move and lead us according to the Highest Good for all.

”Thy will be done - come what may”

The art of surrendering is perhaps the one lesson I love the most out of all the lessons along the spiritual path. And yet, at the same time, the one I think is the hardest to learn.

Surrendering is about releasing and letting go of attachments, of trying to control, of trying to figure anything out but simply go with the flow of Spirit that Spirit may have its way with us. 

That we may forever allow for greater and grander expressions of who and what we are to emerge, with ease and grace.

Always for the Highest Good of all.

Abundance, contrary to popular belief, is not only about having loads and loads of money. 

From a spiritual perspective, abundance is a state of consciousness where we know and feel that all our needs are met. 

It is the knowing and feeling that we are eternally sourced, fueled, and funded, as Spirit, and we are one.

This obviously includes, but is not limited to, only having money, but it is the knowing and feeling (and demonstrating) that all of our needs are met where all of our lives are concerned.
