The Peaceful Life Podcast is a series of stories, affirmations and inspirations to help you return your life to peace and joy.
A meditation for you and your family, members of your household, or just yourself, in these times of quarantine and beyond. Appropriate for kids and adults of all ages, depending on attention span. Guided meditation for five minutes and then ten minutes of meditation with soft background music.
Affirmation: I am safe, I am healthy, I am loved. Y ou are safe, You are healthy, You are loved. We are safe, We are healthy, We are loved.

We all have different parts inside of us, the child, the caretaker, and the higher self. Happy Holidays...and happy end of 2019. In this episode, I share my (tough) year in review, how I got through trauma, loss, violence, and kept my peace. There were positive times, too, and it's important to acknowledge those as well.
