The Pilot Episode

You know what's funny? War! You know what's funnier? People getting so injured in war that they require surgery! Wait...what? Yeah, that's what Jeff thought, too. Turns out, you CAN find humor in dark places, as evidenced by one of the most celebrated sitcoms of all time, MASH! Regina's favorite comedy takes center stage this time as the crew discusses the first episode of this classic sitcom that lasted longer than the war that it depicted!

It's another spinoff!!! But this time, it's a SERIOUS spinoff. A dark, brooding, emo spinoff. It's ANGEL!!! How did the crew feel about Joss Whedon's second trip into the ever-expanding Buffyverse? Was it too dark for its own good? Listen and find out!!

You can't get much sillier or play with lower stakes than a show with a talking dog and tons of fart jokes. And yet, our fearless trio manages to have a serious discussion about the merits of the show! Enjoy!

It's about time! The Pilot Episode crew has been waiting for this show for a long time, and we're excited to finally bring it to you! Buffy is Cory's favorite show of all time, and it's in the top 10 (maybe top 7) for both Regina and Jeff, so you can see why the show clocks in at longer than normal. But fear not, it's quality AND quantity! So let's vamp it up, folks!

Don't call it a comeback! Actually, you CAN call it a comeback. After almost 5 years away, The Pilot Episode is making a triumphant return!
