You may have heard the phrase, "in my ___ era," where people fill in the blank with something that has defined a phase of life for them like "my chef era" or "my revenge era." When in recent months I experienced an end of one era/phase in my life, I worked hard to help myself rephrase the end to become a new beginning and see it as an opportunity for some exciting changes in myself. Today I shared 4 tips for coping with an end or change based off of my own experience making change into a positive thing. Listen closely and enjoy!
