Manni does a solo episode to showcase some of his own poetry on this special episode, dedicated to all those celebrating Valentine’s Day. Listen in as he rummages through his notebook and recites poems he’s written all about the ins and outs, ups ad downs of love. Happy Valentine’s Day!
Manni is joined by fellow Northeastern alum and singer Sal Saatchi. They discuss Sal’s newest album Sold, his creative process since the release, and how he tries to stay focused on reality despite the distractions that try to blind us all. Sal’s mom even calls into the podcast briefly, then the two finish it out with a funny freestyle session all about getting off your damn phone. Only stay on your phone long enough to listen, then go outside!

Then they discuss things like Jed’s Two Friends Tour with fellow Lounger Mark Gilday, Jr., as well as Jed’s experiences growing up in the New Hampshire music scene, and his new addition to his performance act: slam poetry.
