As Red visits Viridian Forest once again, he notices that the Pokemon that live there are in distress. Red saves a little girl from danger and also helps her catch her first Pokemon. From Viridian Forest Red heads to Kanto's final gym; the Viridian City Gym! Red soon finds out that the gym leader is someone whom he's already met before! It's gym battle time!
