NCAA chaos erupts as Ole Miss head coach Pete Golding faces accusations of tampering, firing back with bold admissions and challenging the league’s selective enforcement. Brian Smith spotlights the tangled web as Clemson’s Dabo Swinney, LSU’s Lane Kiffin, and other top programs exchange high-profile player transfers, calling into question the fairness and consistency of NCAA sanctions. Is Ole Miss being unfairly singled out while other powerhouses escape scrutiny?

The conversation turns to the proposed Protect College Sports Act (PCSA), which aims to curb transfers, limit NIL agent profits, and grant the NCAA unprecedented antitrust exemptions. Smith dissects why giving more power to the NCAA and politicians might backfire, raising tough questions about transparency, enforcement, and the future of college football’s free market. Can the NCAA truly regulate rampant “cheating,” or will the PCSA create even greater conflict across the sport?
