Notre Dame slipped past Pittsburgh on Tuesday only to run headlong into a three-point blitz from the North Carolina Tar Heels on Wednesday afternoon. Drake Powell started the avalanche just 24 seconds into the game with a corner three. From there it was all Jae’Lyn Withers, the graduate cashing in seven three pointers on the way to a career high 21 points on the day.
