Alex, Lorcan & Towells discuss a frustrating game against Fulham, where two of Arsenal's worst recent habits reared their ugly head: Conceding within the first minute at home, and dropping into a block the moment a lead is gained.

At the top of the podcast, we discuss the passing of our friend Omar. His friend Jonathan Peters is running a marathon to raise money for the charity James' Place, who help to support suicidal men. If you have the financial means to donate in Omar's honour, you can find a link to Jon's Justgiving page here: https://www.justgiving.com/page/jonathan-peters-1690993495166?utm_medium=fundraising&utm_content=page%2Fjonathan-peters-1690993495166&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=pfp-share

If you are affected by the discussion at the top of the podcast, you are not alone. Here are some charities you can contact if you feel you need someone to talk to:

UK: Samaritans. Call 116 123, or email [email protected]

USA: American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Call 988 or text TALK to 741741

India: Hello! Lifeline. Call 1800-121-3667
