In this chapter we are recapping Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets chapter 15, Aragog.

Cassy and Theresa talk about how gross giant spiders are, and how much they freak Cassy out. Do we trust Hagrid and should the trio trust his judgement because he gets them into very precarious situations.

They also talk a lot about dishwashers and household items in the segment what are they enjoying outside of Harry Potter.

Take a listen!

IIn this chapter we are recapping Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets chapter 14, Cornelius Fudge.

Cassy and Theresa have a serious conversation about why would Hagrid ever be allowed to stay at the school when they think he opened the chamber of secrets 50 years ago and why wouldn’t they have questioned it after the first attack!

They also discuss which elective class they would take and how they aren’t very good choices. Like who would ever want to take ancient runes? And why isn’t everyone taking muggle studies because that would be fascinating, important, and an easy A.

Are muggle parents notified when their kids get petrified? Did Hermione let them know she turned herself into a cat? Do they just get no information for 10 months about their kids getting hurt? How is that okay! What would happen if a muggle parent wanted to visit their sick, petrified kid?

Lastly, what was up with Fudge’s outfit! Was he on his way to a gay club because thats what his outfit is expressing.

On this episode of The Potter Virgin we discuss Chapter 12 of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, The Polyjuice Potion.

Why does Dumbledore want to talk to Harry and he literally only asks one question that Harry clearly is lying when he responds. It's Christmas at Hogwarts and why is Draco staying this year? Hermione is not sharing much of her plan with the boys, and then mixes up human hair with cat hair? Wow Hermione. Stay tuned to all of Cassy and Theresa's thoughts on this anti climatic chapter.

In this episode we recap chapter 11 of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

Theresa and Cassy discuss how the dueling club is dumb and who would trust Lockhart to be in charge of it. Also, Harry can talk to snakes!?! What!!! Hogwarts is going crazy with rumors and Ernie McMillan is at the head of them.

Also, the trio is starting the polyjuice potion, but like is Myrtle not going to tell anyone about it, and how do they all fit into the stall. I mean they're young and skinny but dang these British bathrooms must be bigger than American ones are.
