The Poundcast

Doug has a funny and festive chat with Alia Shawkat from Arrested Development, Nick Thorburn from the band "Islands" and Brent Weinbach from Pound House.
Most of them drink beer and discuss Alia's forthcoming trip to Burning Man, Nick's record player car stereo (?), the fact that Brent has never had a sip of alcohol
and Doug's dopey theory about water. They also talk about a hundred of things, including some huge #bigUps and shocking #shotsFired.

Doug chats with the Band, Business and Belief System, YACHT, Portlandia's Mikey Kampmann and fun dude Jason Macdonald. Discussions include weird gigs, living the dream as a musician and spending four months as a breakfast cook in the south pole!

Doug talks to Andre Hyland, Anna Lee Lawson and Paul Oyen about crappy jobs they used to have before they made big time. They also talk about the fact that they haven't made it big time yet! Andre Hyland is a performer, writer and director. He recently created a half-hour pilot for Comedy Central with Bob Odenkirk.

Doug and Brent Weinbach talk to the amazing Anamanaguchi!

Doug is joined by comedian and Pound House collaborator Brent Weinbach... And introducing Jake Weiss, a teenager who just graduated high school! Jake has been working as Doug's intern. Jake also happens to look like he could be Brent's son. What is it like to be a teenager in this day in age? Listen to this funny conversation and find out!

Doug hangs out with Ladyhawke, Madeleine Sami, and Vice Cooler! Ladyhawke is an amazing New Zealand musician, Madeleine Sami is an actress, comedian and musician also from New Zealand and Vice Cooler is an LA based musician and video director. This interesting group of artists chat about travel, music, movies and random stuff!
